It was the first time that we selected OK mobility and we had a bad experience The category that the office in Split assigned didn t match with the model booked The model selected was a Peugeot 2008 or similar but we got a KIA stonic I made the remark to the agent that it is not true SUV but he told me that it was a SUV and he doesn t have other car If I compare the main differences between both cars it is that the storage space of the car trunk is 434 L for peugeot 2008 vs 352 L for KIA stonic the size of the Peugeot 2008 is bigger that KIA Sonic One other major difference is about on-board habitability The raised silhouette of the Peugeot 2008 give good roominess both in the front and in the rear seats 5 true seats versus the KIA stonic that give only 4 true seats When you are 5 persons with 5 suitcases it is not what we expect The travel in car was not confortable

Car was not cleaned properly both externally and internally there was actually trash from the previous customer in the car The car was not filled to full capacity with fuel almost but visibly not to the full indication We where in a hurry and did not have time to dispute these matters Company holds the reserved funds for a long time we returned the car four days ago and the funds have not been released as of yet 1300 - queries regarding this where unanswered by OK In comparison to other competitors in our opinion OK does not hold the expected standard Update It took ten days to release the 1300 for many people this is a lot of money Previous experiences with other rentals these reservations are released almost immediately Side note we had full insurance fully paid in advance so it baffles me why this sannanigance is necessary in the first place

I jumped through all the hoops I bought extra insurance before travelling stayed patient through all the waiting and waffling I filmed and took photos of the car before I left the airport I wasn t charged anything further when I returned the car Result was very cheap car hire for 11 days at under 200 Was it worth the stress No way I had gone on holiday to relax not to take part in a stressful negotiation Give yourself a break and go elsewhere It s just not worth it

Same old same old Never happy with anything you prebook with your trip provider its the same annoying story of the hard sell for CDW insurance despite having paid for Full Insurance at the outset Being told your insurance is inadequate at midnight in a foreign airport and they are taking 900 euros security on my card is not the start you want to your break In addition I tried for weeks before to upgrade to the same model car but with a soft top but they never replied So when I did this at the airport my initial hire cost was only around 65 now they wanted 120 So I in all the confusion expected to pay the difference but it turns out they stung me with the full hire cost again Also was handed the keys and pointed in the direction where the car was which took us nearly half an hour to find and in a dark corner in the basement was left to work out the workings of a strange car with no guidance whatsoever There was not even any map or instructions in how to get from the airport out into the road system Really really unhelpful company

Menorca - nightmare collection Needed a qr code which I didn t have and despite queuing for 45 mins they expected me to go to the bank of the queue and try again Once we finally got the car they had upgraded to a bigger one so all was good but it was extremely frustrating at the time

Hired a car from Alicant airport for 70 days and paid for premium cover however when returned the car they wanted me to pay another 453 for millage I couldn t believe it and asked why I was told then that I was only allowed 3000km for the whole period of 70 days but at no point I was told about this when I worked it out that is only 42km a day which is ridiculous anyway I refused to pay and wait to hear from them BEWARE of this company

Pre-booked 14 day car hire with OK Mobility at Palma Airport Mallorca in August 2023 On arrival you join their queue by scanning a bar code You are then presented with an option to skip the queue Once my place was ready I was then asked to pay 15 euros for skipping the queue Additionally I was advised to pay 40 euros for breakdown cover and advised that if I did not the rental would effectively end if I encountered a problem with the vehicle Furthermore despite informing the staff that I already had car hire excess insurance the staff were insistent and tried to sell me their more expensive excess cover The initial car hire costs were already expensive therefore it was clear that OK Mobility were simply adding on fees to increase their profits

I have used OK mobility on four occasions without any problemsThis time as normal I have my own excess insurance so my card is blocked with an amount 1350 which previously has never been taken from my account blocked On this occasion it has been taken from my account without my permission and told it will be reimbursed on the return of the car but could take up to two weeks before it shows in my account Last time I use them Be warned thieves using my cash don t go near themD Aitken

Check-in and pick-up went okay although there was no German speaker available at their desk at Munich Airport interesting After drop-off I received a 290 charge for a damage that I did not notice or not occurred No invoice no email notification just a charge to the credit card After pressing for explanations they send fuzzy photos from a windscreen that showed no damage This company obviously sets out to make extra money to compensate for low initial prices Rip-off or more aptly highway robbery

Had to pay double insurance even though I already payed online What should have cost me 350 eur cost me 1400 eur for one week I had no option to cancel the rental because i already paid online - then I was forced to pay additional 1050 eye insurance even though it was included in the first price
