Rented a car at Rome Airport Even though we were delayed on our flight we still picked up the car without too much trouble Can t really fault the service

Hired a car at valencia The check in was a little slow but it was late Got an upgrade to an automatic Drop off was quick and easy deposit was refunded very quickly No problems and great value for money

Deseree from Gran Canaria office was

Deseree from Gran Canaria office was great and very helpful The process it self once you land is quite long from pick up to collection Loads of burocracy and paperwork We didn t booked directly from the company and purchased insurance directly from another supplier We knew we eill have to pay 1250 holding deposit as it was conditions of our booking so there was no surprise there Be mindful that the deposit has to be payed from credit card and has to be in the name of the driver We were also asked to get international insurance on the spot and no arguments were helpful as the workers were advised by company bosses that this is a need This has delayed us even further and costed us even more to complete on the spot Deseree however was very helpful and apologetic for all the delays and burocracy She made us feel comfortable and relaxed No push selling any additional extras We took a video of the car all around when we went to collect as there was a severe damage on the passenger side On return Deseree was already aware of these had not questioned anything the total check of the car took 3 minutes and deposit was released within 24 hours As a company they difnetly needs some improvement in their processes and burocratic exercises but the staff in our case made the experience positive Thank you Deseree

Rental on Tenerife was excellent Website and Hotline could be better

I did experience some issues before my rental with the customer service over the phone They didn t offer any help when I noticed the excess payment was too high for my credit card so I had to raise my credit limit The website didn t display the excess payment before booking I had to look it up on a link on the FAQ site I did that after my booking having rented with Sixt before I would have never guessed OkMobility s excess payment was this high This was rather unpleasant Also the waiting times on the phone were very long The experience in Tenerife South was however very pleasant and uncomplicated The man who gave us the car and explained everything to us was very helpful The return process was very easy as well I did also like the shuttle service to the airport I feel like the problem OkMobility has is discrepancies of quality from branch to branch The horrible experiences people had in Mallorca I do believe however they were excellent in Tenerife

Better than I thought

After reading the many poor reviews I was extremely nervous about the car hire I d reserved with Okmobility booked through the Easyjet website after purchasing flights My main issue was the lengthy queue at Valencia Airport and the fact there was only one person behind the counter Once we got to the front of the queue we were served by a polite young man but there was a much longer registration process than I have experienced with other companies I have annual car hire excess insurance so he didn t push their scheme He said the car was clean with no marks but if I found any issues I could take photographs or speak to their representative in the carpark There were a few superficial marks on the car which I photographed It was a nearly new car which worked well during our fortnight in Spain When I returned the car I showed their representative the photos of the pre-existing marks and he accepted we hadn t damaged the car I have waited a fortnight since returning to write this review to ensure my entire security deposit has been returned which it has

Friendly and helpful staff

So we booked a rental car online at a very reasonable rate through Do You Spain with OK Mobility Once at Alicante the guy we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful and after looking at the volume of our luggage kindly offered to upgrade us to a much bigger car for an additional minimal cost The only downside is their fully comprehensive insurance costs - be prepared to pay another 300 on top of the car hire price The car we have is fabulous and we do have it for 18 days - maybe the insurance cost depends on length of hire but the cost for us is virtually equal to our annual car insurance cost in the UK I fear most of the airport car hire companies all sting you with insurance costs on pick-up There is also a refundable 100 deposit to pay which is refunded when you return the car

OKmobility Santander gave excellent service

Despite the bad reviews I booked a car with this company at Santander Spain through a third party App as no other car rental company was prepared to offer a vehicle at 21 45 when our Ryanair flight landed they all closed at 21 00 Not only did OKmobility keep their desk open for me their only customer on the flight but extended because the flight was late The young lady was efficient very pleasant and put no pressure to take extra insurance Returning the car was equally efficient and after 5 days no extra charges have been made on my credit card I gave only 4 stars solely because the car provided was not as large as the model chosen but was in the or similar category and I would have preferred the car to be checked back in while I was still at the airport and could dispute any extra charges if made in person But there has been no phantom damage as reported in other reviews

OKmoblility is Okey To start it was a bad experience came to the Split Airport in the night Tryed to call them on the number wich was on my rentalpapers Rented thro Holliday autos And came to a spanish operator who could not tell me how to get in contact with them Had to walk with all my luggage to a very dark place and ask where they were along the way That was the bad experience But after that everything was good Rented for almost 1 month When I left my car they gave me and my luggage a lift back to the Airport I do not Think OKmobility was to blame f r the first part Hollydaycars shold have put their nummer on the rentalpapers

Rented a car on Monday 06 02 23 from Alicante Airport Good service and free upgrade to automatic car Unfortunately no contract by email was sent to me as informed at the desk therefore I have nothing to show if stopped by the police

Picked up the car in Valencia Airport

Picked up the car in Valencia Airport The counter is located right at exit and very easy to find English speaking personal and swift process Drop-off was also very quick Car was very fine and all in all a good experience BUT I rented the car thru Rentalcars and was charged an additional 300 at the counter due to insurance although I had purchased full insurance to begin with I really don t understand why it is so difficult to give the right price up front It s a jungle and I suspect that rental companies deliberately makes it complicated so they can charge you extras and extras a bit like Microsoft licensing - But I guess it s the same for all Car Rental Companies
