Worst experience ever

Rude office staff no clear instructions on where to pick up and drop off the car the so called cleaning of the car is done by some people in the car park using a bucket and a mop and some used cloths We were given a car with a small crack on the windshield and no one took notice of it The fuel sensor was faulty as we filled the tank completely and still indicating that is not full The deposit is only refundable after a month I fear we won t see any money back

Crooks

Crooks Made up damage to the car and tried to charge way over the odds to fix it Subsequently then made up a speeding fine and charged a 50 admin fee without any notice and then again a week later AVOID AT ALL COSTS

In ok mobility santa Justa they are no able to call a belgium number They charge 45 euros if you arrive 20 minutes late Super bad experience No info on the absence of any possibility to give back the car from 22 00 pm to 8 00 am

Never ever rent from OK Mobility

Never ever rent from OK Mobility They claimed damage from a tiny spot inside the vehicle a spot where you would not inspect when you rented the vehicle and certainly no damage was caused by me

AVOID THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Bad from start to end I would rate zero but not possible The car form was completely empty from previos damage to the car I had to check the car myself and tell them all the damages I did find 5 but one was under the front not visible and missed found when I was at home after 2 hours the company refused to add it to the form as 2 hours were passed they charged me 360 euro for a little scratch that was there already Plus they charge a CO2 fee of 50 euro and a late return because I was dropping the car at 8pm when I have booked on my booking form the closing time was 9pm they refused to let me change return to 7pm saying that cannot be changed This was in Pisa Airport Italy

Car Hire Munich Airport

Booked a car at Munich Airport When I went to collect it I was asked if I wanted to take the car across an international border as there was an additional charge applicable I said I did not On my return home I noticed I had been charged an additional fee to cover taking the car across an international border - I contacted OK Mobility on several occasions but received no response

Scamming hirers

Terrible company Took nearly 600 00 from my creditcard when I did not even have the car they said I had I believe they are scamming hirers and need to be dealt with by the authorities I m awaiting my rightful refund and if that does not happen I will take legal action against them

Services not provided

i have been trying since October 2023 to get a refund on a GPS which was not provided on the vehicle I rented I am extremely dissapoinited with this company and its lack of response to my situtation I will never rent nor recommend this company again

Not a trustful company

Rent a cat online at Sevilla airport and indicate time of arrival 22h30 Received the confirmation with indication for shuttle bus Waited there at arrival but no one came Tried to phone the numbers available only machine answer Could not speak with no one The we went by taxi to the car rental office 4 min from airport and it was closed Had to take a taxi for 100km They took money from my account for the car they didn t provide and now trying to get refund of the money and the taxi Impossible ti get answers what a nightmare Worst experience ever with a car rental company

Never trust this Company

The worst experience ever Scammers I arrived at their office in Bergamo to realize that the same Visa card that I paid online was rejected at their desk because it was a Debit card I offered two other cards including a Gold Card All rejected I offered cash also rejected I was so annoyed that I walked right opposite their office and used another company that let me off the hook in just 5 minutes The worst part of it all is forget getting a refund
