OK and that s it

Shuttle bus Had to walk to the car rental as there wasn t one and not at all obvious where or when it would arrive Dreadful walk to the office Incredibly slow check in - waited over one hour even though there weren t many people in the queue Lady was very pleasant though but you have to go through all the if there is a tiny scratch you will pay up the excess of 1000 euros unless you take out our expensive insurance Are you sure Oh and by the way the car already has lots of scratches on all sides is high mileage but it s a bigger car than you requested but consider it an upgrade The car wasn t exactly spotless not sure that it was completely full of fuel but drove off without too much problem However the return wasn t so straightforward I was informed that I hadn t refueled it so back to a petrol station and put in a total of 2 litres of petrol Amazed that the fuel station didn t insist on a minimum delivery of something akin to five litres as they would have in the UK But it saved me a twenty euro refueling surcharge on top of the additional fuel Would I use them again Well if I encountered the same charming lady yes But was it a great car rental Shall I just say it was OK and it did provide mobility so from that perspective it lived up to its namesake

Not gonna lie I was sceptical when

Not gonna lie I was sceptical when booking but the price was good for me so was gonna take a punt but expecting a bad experience On arrival to the office in Gran Canaria at 7 30pm and done the pre checking in to save time I ended up waiting 45 mins to just speak with someone The hold up was other customers not having the correct information or seems if you didn t pay with the same name on the payment card as the person who s driving the car it became a problem I saw 3 people walk off shouting something to the staff in Spanish Anyway when I finally spoke to someone it only took 15 mins to sort Apparently the car I wanted was not available so got an upgrade which I was happy with So that was the collection Was a little annoyed but I could cope with it Left plenty time to return car but seems there was no need to as it took 10 mins Quick look around the car and the contract was closed and credit card payment cancelled within 24 hrs So to put in prospective I had a Mercedes auto for 14 days for 90 I payed my own waver ins for 30 Cheap car hire and a little drama but I m pretty happy Quick tip is to video the car and any damage before you leave the compound

I would rate them 3 5 based on the overall impression Room to improve

I would rate them 3 5 based on the overall experience at the airport in Palma de Mallorca Pick-up 1 We went to the first counter Long line young very stressed person After 45 min she tells people that they should go to the main counter further up the hall after the luggage belts Idea put up a BIG sign that tells people to go to the main desk that would help a lot We booked full insurance from home but still had to go through the disaster-speech in terms of what could happen and how expensive this would be if Please find another formate to incentivice the staff It is embarrassing and a waste of people s time Car 5 Brand new and in perfect condition and what we booked which is not always the case Delivery 5 Good signs to find the return spot at the airport Super smooth 5 min walk through and signing of delivery note Perfect All in all I would claim that OK Mobility is like all the other companies No worse no better However this is my first time with them In the past I used Enterprise a lot all over the world and in general liked their service

Good cars but shocking customer care

The cars are good and the guys helpful BUt customer care is SHOCKING The official number DOES NOT WORK The other number goes on a loop and you cannot get through to a human It says you can cancel on line yet you cannot and I cannot find an email to contact them Great cars but i won t be using them again Too much agro

Bad taste even before picking up the car

It seems that I was naive to book my car early I booked directly through their website 2 months before rental date A few days before pickup the price of the same car same date same terms dropped by 45 Needless to say I called them to do something about it and the answer was sorry the price is set when you book I tried to discuss booking early booking direct with them etc but no hope Feeling ripped off even before collecting the car

Nice people nice cars - but be aware

Location OKMobility MunichI wanted to give more stars because the employees are all very friendly and the cars are truly excellent Some things to keep in mind - Be sure to check their T Cs AGBs and be aware that there s a mileage of 300km per day or up to 3000km in total - Also be aware that OKMobility puts a hold on your creditcard of around 1000 or more depending on the car This is to cover for any excess - Lastly be sure sure to watch your credit card statements following your return VERY carefully as OKMobility sadly tries to incur additional unjustified charges I wish they wouldn t try to pull this kind of sh t because then I would have gladly given them 5 out of 5 stars CONCLUSION You get great cars at great prices be sure to read their T Cs before you commit and watch your credit card statements after return

Awful staff at Alicante airport

Staff at Alicante airport leave a lot to be desired Their attitude is awful especially the young man with the two tone hair Maybe a course in customer service would be beneficial as these skills are clearly lacking

Fine when things go well but awfully rude staff

My most recent experience was awful where they could not take payment and were shockingly rude However the basic problem was a fault on the card which my bank was responsible for so the 3 5 rating reflects the rudeness of staff rather than the outcome However in addition the inability to reschedule a booking or pay by debit card means these are definitely not the best in Malaga although not the worst either Del Paso

I got overprice deal at the airport

I got overprice deal at the airport after checking broker got a same deal for 80 cheaper We got a car with many body damages and paint damages plus windshield damage I recorded as much as I can and when I returned the car they tried to scam me and redeem my security deposit untill I showed my video

Good overall but watch out for the hard sell

Overall successful experience We were at OkMobility Nice which is about 15 mins drive from the airport and got the free shuttle bus there When we were there the service was fast and friendly The only issue was we received the hard sell on OKMobilitys deposit insurance During this we were quoted that the deposit was double the amount it actually was when we paid the deposit Whether it was a genuine error or negotiating tactic I can t be sure Car was good and no fuss returning it
