Hired the car through Argus Car Hire and it was with OK Mobility in Mallorca The car was fantastic - well looked after and lovely to drive Only gave 4 stars as was unaware that the collecting of the car was a little different You have to give the exact time of picking up the car or you are in awaiting queue Which you join via a QR code - which is located on a poster on a pillar So you could start off in position 5 but keep moving down the queue too 10 or beyond which happened to us - all because our plane arrived early Other customers then go in front of you if they arrive for the their booking on time or pay the 15 to be seen straight away - which is what we did in the end moved from position 8 to 0 in 2 seconds The return was very quick and easy - we did not damage the car and had the ok to leaveNow await the refund - which I was advised would take about 5 days I have just checked my credit card and its already been sorted and we have only been back 4 daysAlso they gave us a hybrid which was a bonus once I realised this is what we had - lol

I always find car hire baffling in Greece When you arrive despite booking insurance you realise the small print is that you haven t paid for it Anyway we went for the local insurance instead and as quick process They gave us a bigger car which was very helpful as we had luggage two prams and two car seats On return was as simple as dropping off car keys They were also extremely helpful in helping to return my phone that we left in the car and flew home without So thankful for them contacting us and then holding on to it whilst we worked out how to get it home Went above and beyond so thank you

Our experience of OKMobility at Valencia Airport booked throughh Holiday Autos was great We booked an automatic economy vehicle but they didnt have any available They were very apologetic and gave us an X3 BMW for no extra price Checking in was easy with very helpful and courteous staff - checking out not so great staff member was quite rude hence only 4 stars I can only say the car was great the price was exceptional and I have just booked with them again

Used them a month ago in Gran Canaria Maybe we got lucky but the car was very nice for a good price and the pick up and drop off efficient Had photo of third party excess insurance standing by in case they tried anything on the insurance but they didn t Having read the comments before going we were pretty paranoid and took photos of absolutely everything when we picked up the car but luckily they didn t try and charge for anything extra I ve left it a month from returning to check no late charges came through on credit card Nothing happened so far So happy enough

We rented a car from the 2nd to the 16th of July After a long queue at the Malaga airport OK Mobility desk primarily due to customers not seeming to realise they would be required to use a CREDIT card and not a debit card to secure the 1350 deposit against as they didn t have an automatic version of the vehicle we had booked we were given an upgraded vehicle The car only had 6000km on the clock and was spotless The return process was very straightforward and went without a hitch I would use OK Mobility again

I was worried given the reviews- we booked Ibiza car hire we landed late after hours and there was still the service going but we got a 10 taxi to the place instead of waiting a lot longer for a transfer We waited 30 mins but was efficient to pick up the car once we spoke to someone we paid for the extra insurance and the deposit was alot less All in all we paid alot less for the car hire than most places drop off was easy and no waiting around and a quick transfer to the airport I would use again Would be 5 star but the waiting around initially was too long despite being 2am and had to get a cab to the place just to beat the forming queue

I ve rented the OK Mobility 4 years in a row now in Alicante I must say I m very impressed with them No issues at all with pick-up and returning cars They even fully refunded a non-refundable rate when my Kid got sick and we couldn t catch the flight to Alicante Well done They only thing is that they could advertise their email a little clearer on the website and actually answer to the emails one sends

I rented the cars from OK Mobility Barcelona twice in this year in June and in October Both times check-in and check-out were really fast and easy and took several minutes The cars were new while the price - the best on the market Both times I took the cheapest rate with limited insurance and paid the deposit 1350 euro In June it received it back at the day of car return while in October OK Mobility immediately confirmed that they closed the contract without any claims for me but actually the deposit was released only in 30 days after it had been blocked I am not sure if it was an issue with OK Mobility or with my bank I contacted OK Mobility customer support by e-mail but they didn t respond Then I requested my bank for charge back because 30 days passed without merchant s claim and the bank made the refund immediately However anyway OK Mobility gave me the great price 113 euro for MG HS 13 days and I didnt faced any fraud with them

Hard sell at pick up desk for their insurance Threats of dire consequences for one single scratch I have an annual car hire policy that insures me for this stuff Apart from that easy pick up and return and excellent car
