OkMobility Hamburg very nice experience brand new car no damages charged On the return they had a company that pick the car up and re check it all over and there was no damages at pick up and no damages on the return Staff very friendly Our experience is nothing compared to the other reviews here Try them in Hamburg The girl at the desk Laureen was very nice and professional even asked us to check the car before driving to avoid any inconveniences It s was good experience

This was in teneriffe i was a bit worried because of some reviews but Bus waiting outside they did try to pressure me to have thier extra insurance but don t they all so just refund and imprinted credit card drop of great checked it there and then and bus waiting to return great experience just need to stand ground re insurance

This is the second time I have used OK Mobility at Alicante Airport On both occasions I have found them to be really easy to deal with Lluis was very professional and courteous and a little bonus of a car upgrade The main bonus was the car was in excellent condition when I received it and when I gave it back The car and fuel deposits were immediately cancelled off my credit card I will be using them again in the future

My recent 18-29 March OK Mobility rental from and to Zagreb airport Croatia went without a glitch Super easy fast pick up from inside the terminal Brand new car an upgrade drove like a dream Drop-off also easy and fast Friendly professional staff Wouldn t hesitate to book with them again

I have rent with them since 4 years Always good cars upgrades at bargain price by getting much higher category car I have rented Mercedes c class estate and I got BMW X3 for 100 euro for extra I highly recommend this rental company to everyone

Rental station Chania Crete the rental station booth are not IN the airport but outside But easy to find and only a 100 meter walk Pick up and return were fast friendly I took the cheapest offer and smallest car without full cover and paid just 35 - week - BARGAIN deposit 1 000 - though The car had some scratches I do not care but was clean and in good condition Engine strong enough to take 3 people up and down the mountains Everything went fine There were rumors of being cheated with false damages upon return and I did not get a copy of the separate damage report in the beginning I only took pictures But not so Although there was only the word of mouth all is ok upon return I got my deposit back the same day Maybe the tip I gave helped a bit - and I think according to the culture this is mandatory and a good investment to keep trouble away OK mobility - would do it again P S Maybe not ok mobility is a scam but some reviews are

I have used this company on three or four occasions out of Murcia Los Mart nez office and always had great service even got a vehicle upgrade last week The staff in the office are very nice and courteous Having said that we have never had any insurance related issues We use our own Excess Insurance provider and there is never a hard sell to take theirs

There are so many negative reviews for this company I wanted to share our great experience We had to wait for around 45mins to collect the car but it s August in Mallorca so it s going to be busy Apart from that the hire was spot on Good value upgraded to a better hybrid car and a very simple return process which took moments Comments about being charged for sand I don t understand We hoovered the car before we returned it which took 5 mins at the most and funnily enough had no issues at all You have to expect a charge if you return the car in a rubbish state

Booked on their own website where the prices were the same as broker websites and their own insurance was cheaper than other premium ones and it was covering it all so I didn t have to leave massive deposit Left 100euro deposit for petrol which was reserved on my card but when we gave it back full the money got unblocked On arrival we had fast track so we didn t wait at all it was in price of premium insurance we got offered road assistance without pushing the sale but we decided to get it The car was new and upgrade from what we expecting returning it was easy too I did a lot research after reading all bad reviews and it seems people who complain the most don t read terms and conditions I also found the discount code 15 off online to make the booking Lots of stress because of those bad reviews turned out to be easy and pleasurable experience I will be using them again if needed
