First after reading all reviews I was sceptical Booked directly from there website for one week during Easter With discount code price was really attractive On arrival we was transferred from airport to collection office Very nice staff informed me that they have slightly different car available but it was upgrad to automatic self charging hybrid Car was nearly new 1200 deposit first appeared on credit card but it was returned I paid extra 20 for breakdown cover On return car was checked and confirmed no issues and deposit will be released with 2 weeks but it was really quicker than that Overall very happy with this company at Gran Canaria

I have rented many cars from various companies at Seville Airport OK Mobility has been by far the easiest Elena and Manuel Prieto have usually attended to me and they are always friendly and competent There is a regular shuttle bus turn left outside of arrivals until the beginning of the outside car park 2 mins

ok mobility alicante airport i rented the car for 28 days it took around 25 mins to get the keys the guy told me to go over the bridge take the lift down to the 2nd floor and you will find the car over to the right hand side bay 81 i booked the car with do you spain com cost for 28 days came in at 394 31 euro plus they put a charge of 1150 euro on my card plus i topped the car up on return plus washed the car i can only speak for myself on how i got on would i use them again yes i would i took pics when i picked the car up and pics when i dropped the car of

OK MOBILITY ATHENSNot gonna lie I was a bit worried after seeing all the bad reviews about OK Mobility The car wasn t the Jeep I was expecting but a brand new Dacia Duster which was fine too I picked up the car shortly before the end of business hours and thought they might not even send a shuttle to take us from the airport to the office which they did though Long story short it was a great experience new car really easy and decent rental Bottom line if you re renting from OK mobility ATHENS you re in for a solid rental experience Can t speak for the subsidiaries franchisees on Greek islands seems to be a totally different story

Their subscriptions are top notch

I decided to get a subscription car with OK Mobility Valencia Airport as they offered the Lynk Co 01 Plug-in hybrid as guaranteed model with immediate pickup for a price lower than Lynk Co themselves The experience to pick up the car was smooth it was a relatively new car early 2023 with 9000km on the counter It s also an all-inclusive rate with no security deposit or extra insurances All in all a great experience and I will probably try to get the same car again for 3-6 months when the current contract ends

Ordered a car online for a 6 month

Ordered a car online for a 6 month subscription All was so easy picked up the car today from Alicante airport the car is amazing and looking for to 6 months care free driving and hope we continue doing business with this amazing company Everything from start to collecting was plain sailing staff were polite efficient and very helpful Not sure why there are so many negative comments Happy driving

Surprisingly great

Before this car rental i was reading other reviews and was very worried about the rental I rented a WW Golf from Munich airport I was surprised to get the bast service i have ever received from a car rental service that was completely the opposite off what I read here A special thanks for Barbara who gave me a service that was both cheerful personal and very professional she deserves a raise Would recommend everything was smooth got my deposit back same day

An easy and pleasant rental experience All staff at Bergamo were helpful and polite from the beginning to the end of the rental I can t remember everyone s names but Marco and Matteo at the returns car park were very helpful Tutto il personale a Bergamo erano simpatici e cordiale Una esperienza facile e piacevole dall inizio del noleggio fino alla riconsegna Non mi ricordo tutti I nomi ma Matteo e Marco sono stati gentilissimi
