Went into the Baton Rouge store on bluebonnet No greeting no help no service I guess their phones were more important Helped myself spent a little over 500 00 left 3rd time this has happened My last visit

Customer service Horrific

The most horrific experience received at the Baltimore Pike Location Her name is Donna disappointment to say the least Dropped garment at location was told by 16th Chestnut Location it would be ok for lateness since garment was not needed for another customer I mentioned it to Donna who is the manager and as a customer I was not unaware of protocol After explaining this to her literally Her exact words You should have taken it to that location I was at a lost for words If I d known the transaction would result to disappointment and disrespect I definitely would have taken were I received the utmost welcome 16th Chestnut are friendly and they truly represent CUSTOMER SERVICE to the fullest Such an awkward situation and I hate to use this term but it felt quite Racist But lesson learned DO NOT use Baltimore Pike Men Ware House period

An absolute cluster Missed on sizing twice and wrong color sent on the second size attempt Then they sent my 5 year old grandson adult size suspenders what a joke Horrible experience

Brought my suit in to get tailored first thing they asked was did you buy it here Which shouldn t matter if it was or not because I m still paying for the service Then secondly another employee was like oh you have to get it dry cleaned which mine was except it s been sitting in my closet for a while But the tone and facial expression was totally different when I went in to buy a suit I don t understand how I the same customer get treated differently twice at the same store because I was there for a different reason Fresno CA warehouse on Shaw and Fresno across the street from Fashion Fair 07 20 2021

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever do not I repeat DO NOT rent a tux here if you want it to fit even if you get fitted all together we rented 9 tuxedos for a wedding and all but 2 couldn t be worn without being altered again from the fitting measurements and two had to be reordered 2 days before the wedding and the groom who bought his jacket had to drive over an hour to go to a different store because they didn t even give him the right jacket he bought The employees we re disgustingly rude To top it off the day off the wedding we realized two of the rentals didn t have the suspenders it was supposed to come with so some one had to go buy them at 40 a pop The fact that they were so rude and messed up so much is ridiculous

Late return by 2 days on a suit rental will cost you 43 It was a holiday weekend and there s nothing they can do about it Never late before Disappointing there s no wiggle room to put it towards a purchase or something Just wasted 43 Dont be late or you ll pay No negotiating on that

Bought a gift card as a birthday

Bought a gift card as a birthday present for our son who is a 25 year old black male Worst ever decision the staff were so rude Totally ignored him He waited for 20 minutes for help no one came up to him or acknowledge his presence Customer service was non existent Only interested in the white customers Standing around talking to each other saying they can t help because they wanted to go to lunch Really regret spending 300 on a gift card which he could only use in the store If he was paying cash he would have walked out Will never go there again I shall inform everyone I know not to patronize that store in Stuart Florida because of the racist undertones exhibited by some of the staff
