Fast service

Fast service easy to upload pics Prices reasonable especially with sales Always nice to receive an extra card or two Would prefer more options such as cropping pictures to fit spaces in cards or moving up down etc More flexibility overall Shutterfly has more of these options to personalize cards

Cute little cards

Ordering was straightforward and the price was excellent Nice variety of choices too The only reason I didn t give 5 stars was because the cards I recieved were fairly small but the picture quality wasn t the sharpest The photos I selected didn t need to be stretched to fit or anything so I was expecting a bit better photo quality on the card Overall I m happy with how the turned out anyway

Fantastic quality of cards

Fantastic quality of cards and easy to use website I do wish the templates were a little more customizable but if you find a template you like they turn out great

Not able to ship to different addresses

Site was easy to use use The templates for the calendars were a bit confusing it wasn t clear what some of the differences were I had a discount code which was great but I ended up ordering my calendar twice as one needed to be mailed to a different address and the coupon code was no longer able to be used and I had to pay the full shipping amount twice Once the calendar came the pictures were really nice but the font was very small for the days and as this is for my elderly parents I would probably not order from here again

Great Product - Need Free Shipping Minimum policy

I wish there was an option to spend a minimum amount to qualify for Free Shipping Shipping was expensive and I would have purchased more product if it had of meant I could have avoided that cost

Good quality products with thoughtful touches

I appreciated there were a few extra cards than ordered as when I started addressing I found I underestimated my original list There were a few more envelopes too which was nice as even with care mistakes happen so it s nice to replace errored envelopes The adhesive seal on the envelope tab was a nice touch I would have liked more options to add more photos on the cards I found the template to add photos restrictive as there wasn t much room to adjust the placement I recognize this could be linked to my computer and creative limits As so many things can be purchased online I expected a faster delivery with the extra fee paid They arrived on the last possible date in the range estimate at night which meant they sat in the doorstep till morning

Poor quality on one product but received amazing service

I have ordered on this website before and was satisfied by the products but recently I purchased Christmas cards with 3 uploaded family pictures The pictures were taken by a high resolution camera It looked great on the website when I designed the card but for some reason when I received the cards the pictures had a greenish color and poor quality Very disappointing to give these to family and friends After my poor experience optimal print reached out to me and we were able to come to a very reasonable and satisfying agreement Thank you for caring about your customer

The quality of the print is excellent

The quality of the print is excellent I had several cards that were portrait rather than landscape and I turned the image appropriately but the writing on the back was upside down as it obviously prints different than a home printer i wish that had been picked up and changed before printing
