Up to yet they have been fantastic The on line chat service is quick efficient and very helpful I have secured my tickets with a small deposit and will pay the balance over time Sorry for being a little sceptical but I will reserve judgment until I receive my tickets and I am able to book fast passes etc All in all 5 stars for the amazing customer service and the ease of the booking

SUPERB SERVICE

We booked Disney and Universal tickets for 2 weeks - absolutely no issues we even got free tickets to Gatorland thrown in When we had a question someone was always available with a sensible answer We will definately use OAT again in the future

Tickets to Orlando were the best price beating competitors by over 100 for a combo ticket with a 5 discount code Tickets were added to my wallet promptly and were ready to add to my Disney experience and universal apps respectively Haven t travelled and used the tickets yet but I don t foresee any issues

No issues excellent customer service

I recently used this company for the first time to book Disneyworld tickets It was a good price and straightforward booking I then had to change my dates after booking the tickets and so emailed them expecting it to be a hassle Simon was really helpful quick to reply and my dates were changed without any problem for a small fee He explained the process regarding booking the parks etc and I found him to be really knowledgable and efficient I would use them again
