SHOES DID ARRIVE MUM LOVES THEM

I ordered a pair of shoes for my 92 year old mother BEFORE I read all the bad reviews Obviously I panicked then thinking I d just wasted 36 BUT the shoes arrived safely all the way from China They took a little while but tracking was available for the whole of their journey Unfortunately my mums left foot is prone to swelling so she struggled to get that shoe on but she said the other foot was SO comfortable and she loved the look of them So we ve ordered a slightly bigger size I was really pleased overall with the service from Ortorex so have to say you can t always base your purchases on reviews as IF I d read the reviews first I would never have ordered from them but my mum loves the shoes so it s up to you to decide Also got 15 off the second pair Thank you

Contrary to most of the reviews I received the products about 10 days after ordering Everything is working well Test is great I ordered 3 small nebulizers for my family and the same thing for a friend in a different city So thank you Ortorex

I can honestly say I love all of the products The bubble massage sandals are a godsend The contoured neck pillow has helped with sleeping I ve also purchased the eye masks which are far superior to anything else I have tried the elasticated sandals are great I got them in pink and black I was suspicious of the site and yes the product do come from pack houses in China but I used PayPal the items arrived in the time frame stated I had a bad fall at the start of the year and damaged my ankle foot and shoulders All of the products have been excellent in providing the support I needed within the budget I have I would happily buy from them again

sorry to see so many bad reviews I have nothing but good to say about the service that I had from their team I contacted them twice about different problems that were not their fault one I made a mistake with the color and they corrected it and the second was that the delivery was taking so long and found out from them that it was Canada post that was the problem The product I received was well made and so far works great and i recommend it to people that sleep on their side to help keep their spine straight thanks again
