I had a bad batch but support was very helpful

I never have any problem with my color so I would normally do 5 stars But this time around I ordered a pink one for my friend and there was something wrong with the batch or something because it barely did anything to her blond hair BUT when I contacted support they were VERY helpful and even sent her a new batch It was quick easy and kind

Good reliable product

I have naturally ash-toned graying hair with platinum highlights I ve only tried the deep violet and light blue conditioners so far and I like them to keep the gold tones out I d love to find a beige toned conditioner no luck so far so I mix my own sometimes I did purchase the Rose Gold to try out but am a little afraid of using it - I ve found the dark violet stained my bathtub so I m concerned it won t wash completely out of my hair - open to suggestions

Very great quality but be careful in the rain

Very great quality I love how its long lasting and has a vibrant color yet is not permanent However its super messy when rinsing out in the shower so definitely be careful Make sure to bring an umbrella when it rains it bleeds no matter how long it has set in your hair I wouldn t wear this in the summer if you plan on going to the beach or are active in water a lot Other than that it looks great

Chocolate brown is subtle and warm

love it this is helping me return to my natural brown my only qualm is that my hair doesn t really hold the color from the daily conditioner a whole lot possibly because hair has been bleached so I need to use the coloring conditioner more frequently than i d like

GREAT PRODUCT Just a tiny disappointment when my order arrived

A friend gave me a tub of your coloring conditioning a few months ago as a gift It covered my gray so beautifully and left my hair soft and shiny with no chemical odor I loved it Your product is made from ingredients I can recognize and feel safe using In my humble opinion this is a great product and I highly reccomend it The only reason I give a 4 stars review is because when I purchased more from your website I was supposed to get a pair of gloves as a free gift which made me feel even better about this product When my order arrived the free gloved were not included This is really not a big deal Except now I have to go out and purchase some gloves before I can use the product I was so excited to receive in the mail

I love the product overall and will keep ordering My only complaint is the texture of the product It s like trying to smooth peanut butter through your hair and sometimes it s hard to cover all areas I don t know or not if it could be made thinner I love the color outcome and will keep using

I really love the products

I really love the products I ordered 3 samples before settling in on my colors I will mix a dash of cinnamon in my espresso That being said I paid for expedited shipping and it still took a week I will keep buying your products on Amazon-- I like guaranteed quick shipping

Realistic Expectations

I love that you give realistic photos of the expectation of what the color is going to come out based on your current hair style whereas other companies pretend that the color is def going to come out bright- when i know that mine won t because of my brown hair The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the shipping options are all slow

Purple over brown definitely fun not close to shocking

I think Purple for brown hair was well described and expectations well managed in terms of how much coverage to expect on brown hair It would have been good to know that the daily conditioner works best when left in for a while I m sort of standing in my shower trying to tick off at least five minutes before rinsing I never have time for more But three shampoos after original treatment I still have plenty of purple especially on and around my grays

Great product but expensive for Canadians

Ironically I didn t want this product to work due to the fact that I m Canadian and our dollar value sucks and that I had to pay extra from duties and such but it s a great product Never has my hair felt so soft after a wash rinse Almost felt like my original hair pre-bleach
