Never received my item Ordered in November 2021 it is now February 2022 Company refuses to refund me Have been sending them emails pleading to be refunded for an item never received for several weeks Frustrated and angry

I ordered from Painted Memory almost 2 months ago I have received zero communication from them since the initial receipt of the order sent through text This company is a sham As far as I can tell there isn t even a phone number to contact them Do NOT order anything from this company

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM I placed an order and when I received it the color palette was all black and dark brown colors The picture that I submitted was light tans light blue and pinks When I tried to contact them and tell them that I needed another color palette not a refund but just another color palette We have gone back-and-forth with at least 12 emails and months For some some strange reason they can t seem to locate that my order Not with my name email address or address I would not recommend ever were ordering from this company It s a joke

Do not order anything from this company No response and no picture It s been over 3 months I have sent several emails and no response It s a scam UPDATE I finally received my picture I had to DM them on Instagram I did get a quick response from them and actually received it about 3 weeks after Hope this helps

Not what I thought it was Thanks to ads everywhere I thought I was buying a paint by memory but instead got this Now they make me pay for return shipping and of course it s out of the country so I am probably stuck with this worthless product BEWARE fakes

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service I placed an order and paid through zip which is an option at their check out on there website I was charged 46 and never once receive an email or anything about my order I waited now for over 10 days for a reply and have heard nothing except they are looking into the issue and not a single email since I have a receipt for zip which they advertise at their check out showing that they received the money but again not reply from the company on the issue Horrible customer service I would hate to see if you actually got ur product and had an issue with it I m sure u still would have not customer service from this company

This place is BS I got a painted photo of my wedding and I look like a clown AND THEIR LOGO IS HUGE ACROSS THE TOP I should have saved my 100 the picture went straight in the dumpster Very disappointed

Painted Memory is operating above its pay grade at this point charging nearly double what some companies do for a product that is absolutely not vetted or seen by human eyes before being sent out I have ordered custom canvasses from two other companies Painted Memory is definitely an inferior product I ordered two custom premium 42 palette canvasses each of which cost over 70 with no frame After starting to paint the first one I realized all the cats eyes were muddy brown and wufuh peach instead of their expressive yellow green and blue colors central to the photo which were not included in the premium palette I received at all A number of my paint pots were either very thick and grainy or dried out I contacted customer service who elevated my concern apparently into the sky and never got back to me As a general review I also dislike the fact that Painted Memory only includes the color assignment number once in a shape even on a color that can meander halfway across the canvas Several large areas were missing their color assignment on both the canvas and on the cheat sheet The others I ve done considerately repeat the number in large areas to help keep track It s a little detail but very useful On the subject of other companies every other painting I ve received contains a small color print of what I can expect the completed picture to look like another nice touch missing here The second canvas is even worse The color choices are horrible in some places the shading artistic license is so bad it s hard to tell what I m looking at The picture was poorly cropped negating half an hour of work to get it just right The white included is so ubiquitously over-used for every light area that a mug s white handle has disappeared into what should be a light beige wall and a window frame has disappeared entirely On the other hand a mundane speckled black cutting board that needed two maybe three shades of black and gray has squandered a quarter of my colors by being rendered in every shade from navy to tan overshadowing the main subject of the picture which should have been a glowing cascade of red tomatoes now represented by a few pumpkin-pie colored amoebas The same set of incorrect colors was used for the sink which is clearly silver stainless steel A favorite green and yellow mug is now shades of tan navy umber and gray - pretty much indistinguishable from a vague shadow of the same colors behind it I wanted a replica of my kitchen to hang in my kitchen not a Picasso Just say Bu
