Excellent 5 customer service from Mathew throughout the entire process I would never choose another car dealership Palmers Citroen Watford and their staff Matt Chloe and Nick really do deserve a 10 10 rating they actually go the extra mile for their customers offering first class customer service support and reliable information about all the cars I have found their knowledge of cars above and beyond any other dealership that I ve dealt with previously over forty years I always find Matt friendly extremely informative efficient and patient Because of the excellent service I would never choose another car dealership other than Palmers Citroen Watford I have returned to them for my second car in four years They actually take the customer s needs into account and these guys are extremely receptive to what the customer wants I highly recommend Palmers Citroen Watford It s been an absolute pleasure to deal with Matthew Hipkin for the first time this year Keep up the great work team
