Allows dishonest behavior

I have to say I am very disappointed with your seller Susan Key all details have been sent to you via email I am a small business owner on Etsy so I understand the importance of running a small business I also understand the importance of being honest I am also an independent sales consultant for my own ventures and I know my company sure wouldn t allow the behavior that Pampered Chef is allowing from Susan Key Susan made a purchase from my Etsy shop for a digital file However if you check in my video and attached screenshots she downloaded the file then proceeded to very rude because I am assuming she changed her mind Because I wouldn t do a service for her that I do not offer she then decided to write FALSE feedback then proceeded to talk quite rudely letting me know she was leaving bad feedback for not giving her what she wanted in a sense you can read the message for yourself to see I have sent them to your customer service and am happy to provide them to anyone interested While my business transaction may not interest you she is clearly using your name in her disgusting responses and actions thus making your brand look quite bad I know my consulting company would frown upon this behavior and the fact the Pampered Chef allows someone who is dishonest to use their name and act this way with such poor and dishonest business ethics is such a shame You are a brand I did admire but the behavior of your own consultant as I have shown is truly disgusting and disappointing

So arrogant unbelievable

What an arrogant company they are I ordered an Airfryer for 299 - but it had to be delivered in the Netherlands so I payed the order There was no reaction on the order so I send an email that I lived in holland and if it was ok to deliver it in Holland but got no reaction at all A couple of days later the money was refunded without wanty reaction so arrogant unbelievable

I tried to return the garlic press I purchased how to return a defective product the customer service person told me they have to be able to find the product order or they won t replace it To help find it they wanted to know my address prior to living he I moved 5 time in 3 years and don t remember all those addresses therefore they won t honor the warranty Beware don t buy this product the metal has cracked and now won t work What a waste of my money Will never purchase anything from pampered chef again

DANGER

DANGER I own a Pampered Chief Air Fryer Model 100194 and it nearly caught on fire When I started it yesterday it sparked and I smelt electrical and plastic burning I immediately turned it off and opened the top to inspect The white wire that goes from the heating coil to the circuit board sparked and started to burn I have pictures but cannot insert on this web site I called customer service and Rosa seemed very concerned She took my info and sent it to Peggy Malinowski in Risk Management I explained what happened and sent photos of the burnt circuit board Peggy said This does not appear to be a defect since the product is two years out of warranty a replacement cannot be offered Just to be clear this is absolutely a DANGEROUS defect and I was only trying to alert them I am insulted that they implied I was trying to get free stuff On a side note why isn t there an on off switch on this product

Attended a party and paid for the items They were supposedly shipped on the 13th they weren t because for three days only the label had been created Today the 20th I get a note that they should arrive on June 24 Of course they took the money right away They must be shipping via camel Additionally my wife purchased items at the same party that are showing as Still Not Shipped I will NEVER buy another Pampered Chef product In fact I am ready to tell my credit card company to reverse the charges

I bought the Italian Herb Bread mix and

I bought the Italian Herb Bread mix and tested the temperature of the water to make sure it was between 105 and 115F covered it for 2 hours it never rose but I followed the instructions and kneaded it for 30 seconds and covered it and let it rise again for 1 hour and it never rose I had also bought the sourghdough bread mix which I threw away I am not wasting 3 hours of my time again for something that does not work

I reached out a week ago regarding my air fryer as it stopped heating I was very abruptly told it had a one year warranty and here s a link to a new one not the customer service I was excepting from PC Since nothing obviously was going to be done about it I had my husband see if he could fix it As for a machine barely two years old that is so expensive it was very disappointing After taking it apart this was his findings The connection to the heater that s on the circuit board overheated burnt the connection on the circuit board This happens to be a design fault and will continue to happen to air fryers and other electronics PC products made this way This is also a MAJOR fire hazard as well I will be sure to make this known to others as that would be devastating for a fire to start in someone s kitchen

I held a party in Jan for the double special on free product My consultant turned in my paper work hours late and the company charged me an extra 115 for half of the free product When I asked about it they said I could return all the product for a refund of 115 Which leaves me with ZERO free product Terrible customer satisfaction
