I found the way you broke the course down into units very helpful Also the case studies you used were very applicable to scenarios I encounter in my work place Other companies sometimes give you a huge slog of dry info to read through and then test you over the phone take weeks to mark your work and charge you extra for a retest if you mess anything up This experience has been miles ahead You were very prompt in getting my cert back to me You also have very frequent deals and discounts and keep me updated on changes in the legislation I have already strongly recommended food safety first to other hospo workers
