Its very straight forward to book a collection as long as you know the time and day you want it picked up The price is fair when protection for the full item value is included My parcel is going over 160 miles away and it would cost me much more to travel there back

Thank you Parcelforce We have a business in the heart of the Shropshire countryside and yesterday we sent out a memorial wreath to a grieving family We used their 24hr service The wreath parcel arrived today The family have written to us to say how wonderful the wreath is and how wonderful and pristine the packaging was They are absolutely delighted This is the busiest week of the year for us and for Parcelforce Our customers are over the moon with our service and this is in part due to using a reputable courier We have never had an issue with this company So Parcelforce a big round of applause and a big THANK YOU for offering such a great service

I ordered an item of clothing from australia to Northern Ireland and somehow the dress ended up in Coventry and I got an email from a man called Luke who works for parcel force I had a few issues and the dress was being held because of customs but I didn t receive a letter on how to pay the customs So close to Christmas I was panicking as I had no back up and it was for a family wedding straight after Christmas Anytime I emailed Luke he replied so quickly and was so helpful with anything I asked him He went above and beyond to make sure I got my dress in time and fixed the matter within a few days He is a credit to parcelforce and is brilliant at his job Thankyou for your top customer care Luke bates and merry Christmas
