I am still waiting for my order which is needed for my dog sitter May have to buy something else

We ordered a 100 dog bed from them the dispatch as from their website states if orders are before 12pm items will go out straight away Item was marked as dispatched but few days later no tracking number given Contacted them today to ask for tracking number and they say the bed has not gone out as it is damaged so they are waiting for a new inner from the manufacturer but they found it ok to mark it as dispatched and not tell me the bed is damaged and they are getting a repair replacement before sending This bed should be classed as a second or customer return and not be selling it as new Our first order with this company will be our last Refund please as do not trust them as support was lacking in letting us know that the item is damaged and me having to chase them for an update UPDATE TO COMPANIES REPLY You are right i ordered after 12 but should of gone out next day to which you marked the item as dispatched knowing full well it was not sent out In fact you had ordered a replacement part from the manufactor and was going to send me it once you got it from them so where is the support on the day or day after i ordered it that when you marked it as dispatched did you not contact me and say you have not got an item to send and see if i wanted to wait or choose an altenative You just was hoping you was going to get it in time to send out rather than tell me as a customer you had no stock and the only one you had was a damaged one As for emailing me you only emailed me once i contacted you asking for a tracking number first so you did not email me when you realised you had a damaged product Also you know full well i replied and asked to cancel and refund which you have done but i will not receive my money back for a few days because the lack of your company support so lets not get the reply twisted And since when is a repaired damaged item classed as new its a refurbished item if its been used or not

Delivery was fine but I have had no response to my request re returning the product and claiming a refund which is disappointing

the wrong products sent and unable to contact as there phone is unavailable

I cannot review the service any better than 1 star due to the fact that I have not yet received the goods of notification of despatch

No sign of despatch or even an email to say when product would arrive so cancelled

Bought an item Was then went an email stating I had cancelled the item When questioned i was told the item was sold out Massive disappointment and errors throughout

Used this company again and sadly very disappointed Was charged 24 99 for 1kg of bird food this is the price you get 5Kg else where I challenged this thinking it was an error but told no Returned it and was 8 out of pocket for postage Cant see how they can justify this cost when 1kg size bag else where is 4 99
