Poor Service

I will not be purchasing again from percyspetproducts as telling a customer 3 days after an order that they are out of stock is extremely unreliable and unprofessional In the mean time I could have ordered elsewhere and had the product arrive within the time it took this retailer to email me I purchased from them purely on the good reviews from trust pilot Next time I will purchase from a retailer who actually respects their customers and can deliver products as advertised and on time without excuses

So I have made an order on 22 12 23 and I am yet to receive the product despite it going past its expected delivery date I have also wrote to the company directly via the email provided on their website and I am yet to receive any response

Dog memory foam cushion made a weird squishing sound when the dog stepped on it which he didn t like the cushions didn t fill the beds nicely even though I measured the beds they were going in They felt very hard uncomfortable to me with a hard cover not snuggly Very disappointed Also the returns process is unnecessarily complicated requiring 2 emails codes being sent an uploaded photo of what was going back even though they weren t faulty or damaged - why Have bought my dog some from Pets at Home which are perfect

Update your postage calculator and shipping service The A9 is not a magical land that merits the excessive postage charges We live in a modern ages where travel isn t an issue like it was in the oh 1700s Use a courier service that actually has a map and knows the difference between mainland and islands Inverness has planes trains and automobiles like everywhere else No boat is actually required to get here From what I know of the duck food I ordered and didn t get its pretty decent shame my poor little quackers had to go without

I ordered a Cat Igloo bed with an exterior colour of Grey but the exterior colour of what was deivered was White I contacted the vendor who advised me that the manufacturer sends the product inside out I advised the vendor that sending a delivery note explaining that would have saved me thinking it was wrong and saved my and their time in correcting the problem

Let down by courier

Let down by courier who failed to deliver when time allotted In defence Percy Products did contact courier who turned up very late at night and obviously annoyed at having to do so
