I ordered 2 Kong dog harnesses In fairness I have had great trouble locating these as I suspect they have been discontinued I could not believe my luck I paid premium postage and never heard anything following acknowledgment of the order I contacted but then received a response that they were out of stock I was offered a refund or to wait until they came back into stock I took the option of the refund I had to make contact a few times to get this processed Just a little frustrating Thanks for letting me know Much appreciated

This is only the second time that I have ordered from you and the second time you have got it wrong The first time it was sorted this time this time I will make do with it The Danish Design Duvet replacement inner was supposed to be a medium but What cam e I am certain is so I have folded it in half the dogs don t know the difference
