The lead I bought ok

The lead was ok dissatisfied with it s quality but the service for the company itself I can t fault Maybe benefit from better products to sell

Service from Percy s was great Only thing that lets it down is the lack of tracking once the parcel is with the courier The courier that delivers my parcels doesn t leave a card if I am out and I have found my parcel sometimes days later in the garden or on the front doorstep I usually come in the back

Danish design inner dog pad

I ordered an inner pad for an existing cover of my dogs bed I had to chase delivery and was told it had been lost in transit Donna at Percy s Pet Products sorted this immediately and I then received the item almost immediately which was fab The danish design inner pad is great so I am very pleased with it along with my dog

Easy ordering and speedy delivery of Autarky dog food Only reason 4 star not 5 is that the bag was delivered in a cardboard box and bag had a small tear in it with sellotape stuck over it Maybe happened during packing process Otherwise all fine

Service was good as was product I hadn t realised the XL was the actual dog size not the toy size though Turned out it was for a dog double the size of the intended recipient dog Was therefore not suitable and was returned Customer Service were most supportive in assisting in the return Realise now I was crazy paying 5 50 p p though as Post Office deliveries affected by the Strikes

Product good but struggled with courier app

The cat cushion we bought is good snd exactly as described Only problem was you have to download courier app to get delivery updates Didnt like the app so couldnt track the item and had no idea when it was being delivered This is why knocked one star off

Very happy with my purchase

I already had purchased 2 of the same giant cat bowl from Percys Pet Products and now have bought a 3rd as a spare Very pleased with them easy to clean and does the job Would recommend the company

Top quality product and excellent

Top quality product and excellent service delivery arrangements Very god price for such top quality grass I m buying for a rabbit and it would be good to have smaller sizes that 10kg available Also worth reminding customers when the grass hay is a fresh cut and potentially much greener than a previous batch I thought I d ordered the wrong product when I opened the bag Bunny loves it but it is too rich to free feed and I don t have storage capacity to order another type as a 10kg bag
