After a couple of months of testing I m now convinced the perfume I got is a replica I have both original Herod purchased directly from PDM and the other purchased from here The opening is similar but the dry down and longevity is vastly different While the dry down smells good it is still different Most importantly the longevity is 3 hours vs the 8-9 I get with the original I am disappointed as this was not an inexpensive purchase and this was my first time using this site

never got my perfume and even emailed support but no response

my package did not arrive got stolen and I cannot contact Shipinsure to help me resolve this issue

Worst customer service I ordered 2 perfumes as FragfanceBuy didn t have Blue de Chance I did order 5 from FragranceBuy and they arrived within 3 days as they promised on their site But with Perfume online I got the text message that my order will be arrived on Monday and I kept on checking the link all of sudden it said the package not found I called Flashbox and they said the label was created but they never picked up the order from PerfumeOnline as it wasn t ready I called yiu guys multiple times left emails insta Fb message and got no reply for days Anyhow Andy replied saying that he will look into it amd after 3 days he said we attempted the delivery but no one was home like seriously putting it on me I even called Flashbox and order was never ready They were Xmas gift and nevet arrived on time I order so frequently from FragranceNet I tried Canadian sites this time and FragranceBuy won hands down I will make sure to leave reviews on the flanker I never recieved

Placed order was expecting item before Christmas for my daughter and it was cancelled a long time after order was placed advising that they made a mistake didn t even have item in stock Not happy

I ordered a fragrance 6 days later it wasn t shipped so I wrote them an email I got a reply saying they supposedly had a bug where the fragrance went in stock They refunded me and said sorry This was all I needed to buy 100 on FragranceBuy from now on Faster shipping better communication and reliable people website PerfumeOnline wasted my time making me wait for something for a full week before Christmas and I got swiped with nothing more than a lame excuse for them poorly managing their inventory I can t recommend them from personal experience

You guys really need a better customer service have some people to help customer Because when i had a problem the customer service responded once every Like 10hours and it was really frustrating because the person responding looked like he didnt even had read what i wrote

Order was late for Christmas and was not shipped within the 48hours which would have arrived in time This cost me more money as I had to go purchase the perfume from a local store As a return customer that has made multiple purchases in the past I will not make anymore in the future

Ordered for a Christmas gift Credit card charged Didn t receive A lot of unanswered correspondence Finally found a phone number registered on my credit card site however no response to call Finally after Christmas sent a long correspondence on their site about what I ve gone through and wanted my order cancelled and my card reimbursed They finally responded and said my order was cancelled and my card reimbursed Didn t happen Opened a dispute with my credit card company finally was credited back Caution THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER LISTED Horrible experience Ordered the cologne off of Amazon
