Delivery not so nice if ur paying for delivery then it should b come on time They rescheduled my delivery 3 time after pay delivery charges

Shipping is ok The box my fragrance was in was damaged And my perfume smelled OLD THIS fragrance is old you can tell when you smell it It doesn t smell like my other bottle of this And there was no batch date or code on the box plus no authenticity sticker so I have doubts about if this is real I don t think I will purchase from this site again I had more success from Fragrancebuy

I bought a fragrance that was horrible I wish the reviews would speak to this It was the amber leather so bad What a waste of money Wish I would have order the Tom ford

Basically its Saturday and i am at GMC dealership doing oil change and general 60 point inspection I was told i need to get front brake pads and rotors I placed an order with your company from GMC dealership However the pads were so bad that the dealership told me its a safety concern and pads had to be changed I asked the dealership to go ahead and change pads this is when my frustration and headache started I went to your site to call to cancel the order when i could not find the phone number I send message 3 emails - 2 from phone and 1 from laptop Nothing Because its Saturday i checked to see if the your store was closed on Saturday NO information I felt helpless and had no choice but to wait for Monday or wait for a response I gave 2 stars because a you do not have phone number b you do not have working hours c your prices are not competitive with respect to other online GM OEM parts store I suggest for you to be more customer centric and think about your business from customer point of view I want to make sure the order is cancelled cancelled email sent after 20 minutes of order and there are no charges incurred and the Mastercard still shows pending order

I placed two orders with this seller I had no issues with the first order however they shipped a used bottle of cologne on the second one although I ordered a new one I also have doubts that the bottle was genuine When emailing the they said the second hand bottles are final sale so they are accepting returns I told them I ordered a new bottle but they did not replay after I will avoid them in the future

I was a happy customer for 5 orders prior this one I should have known when my ordered item went out of stock a day after I ordered BUT I waited for well over a week and no contact more order was left in unfulfilled status Upon contacting customer service I was told that while reviewing inventory some leak issues were identified with my item Great understandable but that could of been conveyed to me No options for resolution in the email I asked if I could chose a similar priced item and have the cost covered I was told I would be invoiced for any outstanding price difference My selection was 8 more expensive and I was indeed invoiced and asked to advise customer service when payment was made or my order would be delayed I realize I m already getting a discounted product but feel this could have been handled better Perhaps some points a coupon code etc I will certainly look to other sites when considering my next purchase

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong item It took 3 full days for customer service to respond Another day for me to get a return label and authorization Sent it back the same day Now 6 days later I m still waiting for my refund

I am not satisfied by the quality of Bvlgari Jasmin noir the sillage is zero the perfum fade right away it is too watery I used Jasmin noir splendida for years and I know well the notrs and how it smells on me I asked the customer service to returned just after I received they told me I couldn t return because it is a tester that I paid 125 any how myself I won t buy again from here

Very quick delivery which was good However the fragrance within the bottle was not the correct scent I had the ends of another bottle to compare the two and they were very different When I contacted the company about it they tried to tell me that the fragrance company had changed the smell which is absolutely not true because I ve been wearing this same perfume for years I don t believe this is a legitimate retailer of authentic fragrances Additionally the return option given to me meant I would have had to pay to return it and I d end up costing even more

The box and packaging they used to ship smelled strongly of mold and must and one of the bottles in my order had something in it floating around I can t tell if its sediment cuagulation or if its just some dust or something I sent an email over a week ago about it but no response I wasn t planning on leaving this review but PerfumeOnline sent me an email asking how my experience was and still havent responded to my complaint so here we are
