Never received my order It was promised in 12 days Then after a month they said 7 more days Then 90 more days Nothing Do not but from them It is a scam

Bought two lotion on Black Friday and now it is end of December still not received and no refund They were supposed to be Christmas gift for my girlfriend and now I had to purchase them locally last minute Tracking status hadn t updated since Dec 7th When I fist told them I had not received it they refused to refund saying it had been delayed but was on its way They then said I had to wait 5 more days before they would consider a refund Nothing happened in mid-December so i complained again and they said I had to fill out and sign an affidavit for the courier company to investigate before they would consider a refund They said the investigation will take 2 months They said they re gonna consider it lost on Feb-22nd So basically they take your money for 3 months and don t give it back if you don t get the goods and put every obstacle in the way of you trying to claim your money back Companies that operate like this should not be allowed to operate on the internet They have no respect for consumer law and that is the definition of criminal activity There are so many reviews on here with a similar experience Avoid or report them My tracking number is LS083662747NL For people that re viewing this track this on usps the package has not moved since Dec 28th and they refused to refund me This is fraud No matter how good the prices are avoid this company please

Horrible experience The products they send you are in a different language they make you take tons of pictures and drag out a return Its been 10 emails back and forth and I still cannot get a return label to send this fake product back DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Awful company They won t respond to my inquiries about not receiving a product Blatantly ignoring me and I ll never do business with them again I ll keep writing them and I will be reporting them as well

I have never received my order The company opened the investigation and told me that the order was delivered while I have never received it I have camera on my door ring and I have told them multiple times that no one tried to deliver anything Horrible experience

Took a while to receive a pair of glasses think they are in Netherlands but the glasses were a diff color than on their website - but NO RETUNS from the US Booo You get a 1-star rating Loss of 50 bucks - will not use them again

I ordered a skin product in June I never received it The shipment company they use says the shipment was delivered in July They offer no help other than asking me to figure it out with the shipment company they used Terrible customer service I paid hundreds of dollars for this High end Sisley skin product and I never received it months later They have neither refunded me my money no more sent me a replacement Do not use this company unless you are willing to risk throwing money away
