Website experience was flakey and I didn t know if my purchase was succesfull until I got the confirmation email Also I couriers UPS left my 995 item in my garden all afternoon and early evening when they delivered while I was at work I am enjoying my purchase immensely hence the 3 stars

Pictures not the same as item received Made two orders and they shipped them both in the same package but still charged for two shipments would have appreciated a refund Update received the refund with an apology for the incorrect picture after review was posted All in all satisfied customer and have recommended them to several others

I have been using the electric scooter since 9 days ago and I love it the design and it looks like a proper electric scooter and it has a double power compared to my old scooter Zoom Stryder EX When it has arrived I noticed that the sticker that seals the box is opened maybe for checking but I guess x ray is used so there s no need to open the box I thoroughly checked the scooter and I saw that the big nut between the handlebar and the wheel have been used it could be done in purpose either before it was packed or it was opened and touched during delivery When I was using it for the first time I recognised that the handlebar and the wheel is not aligned so everytime I ride when the wheel is straight the handlebar is slighty tilted on the left which is annoying sometimes when you ride I also noticed today that one of the hydraulic suspension is maybe faulty As I only had it for just 9 days or maybe when I go through a rough terrain that it got loosened The locking mechanism for the handlebar gets slighty loose especially when riding on rough terrain When you pay a big money for something you would expect quality and perfection but I did not see that with what I bought The service I recieved have not achieved my expectation

Really good service in the start even though they had some problems with their given prices and I was told to pay 100 pounds more than the scooter was listed as Had a loud metallic sound in the front suspension of my zero 10 when hitting smal strikes or unevenness in the asphalt They changed the scooter to a new one which does the same and later wrote that nothing was wrong with the scooter I send back It is probably ok for a brand new scooter to have metal clonk noises coming from the suspension in the front I guess then they complained about the cost they had with them paying for the postal service The zero 10 is not of top notch quality - though very strong and cheap compared to others Things to consider when buying into a zero scooter -Suspension in the back does NOT work if you are over 85 kg -suspension in the front feels loose and makes a loud metallic noise on any given small notch in the pavement - this is normal -screws that holds the deck in place disappears when riding-brakes are mushy and squeaks like hell - even when they are cleaned with Brakel cleaner-the thread on the adjustment screws to tighten the brake line on the brake handle is gone after one adjustment cheap material -the handlebars come loose all the time and have to be optimized with electric tape-the cloth tape surrounding the wires are loose and badly fitted with cable tiesand the list goes on and on and on - a cheap scooter compared to the other ones in this power category - but I did expect more than that ps the zero youtube channel has lots of videos explaining how to repair their faulty scooters guess that kind of says it all UPDATE the staff at PET has since this Reviews was written tried to help me out with my problem They have suggested that I upgrade the brakes myself to a better system - this has been ordered

Quick delivery time product works perfectly Would use them again

Ordered an ignition switch for my Zero 9 I was send a YouTube video to watch with regards to installation This is where the problem started as after following the video very closely it did not work I must say Nikos was very helpful all the way through in getting this set up correctly with txt messages etc and with time and patience success

You have ignored my requests for an invoice so a low score Shame because the overall service is potentially 5 stars

I recently wrote a bad review for this company and I d like to give them the benefit of the doubt and retract my statement about how long the job had taken they was only 12 minutes late on the stated completion time Secondly they have contacted me to mention it was not their fault for providing me with the wrong size brake pads as their mechanic is not educated enough to know what brake pads I actually need after all the experience he has Lastly about the pricing they have made it clear they do not do this to all customers so on this day the cashier might of just been trying to pull of a cheeky one but it s going to be my word against theirs Make of this what you want Good points -staff were very polite -The owner is very respectful and I appreciate him calling me -their scooters and products they sell are high quality
