Overall pleased with the service and product I ordered the Zero 9 and have rode it a few times For some reason it has developed an annoying creaking noise that s coming from the deck area and not sure what it is It comes with very few instructions and I d like to have seen more about how you alter brakes suspension and also instructions on the different modes etc For a near 1000 scooter this is what I d expect Also when you order a product that is out of stock I believe the service can be improved if the seller emails you back giving some idea of delivery date

Purchased Nutt hydraulic brakes for the zero 10 Was told they were a direct fit Turns out the front fender needs alteration to allow the caliper to fit After talking to Roberto he didn t realise his mechanic had to do the same They did update the website page to reflect this
