Having pet insurance is like having health insurance When you know that their medical bills are covered you only have to worry about them and how quickly they will get well

I submitted a claim for an emergency surgery my dog needed I was updated regularly via email and reimbursed in a fairly quick amount of time I was very happy with their customer service

I never had a problem with the company They always reimbursed the expenses covered by the policy promptly Then my dog got cancer and they reimbursed a big portion of the expenses I would recommend this company to all pet owners
