"Review of Pets Best Pet Insurance"

I have spoken with several different representatives online and on the phone They were very knowledgeable and friendly When I first insured my 3 dogs I had a lot of questions and the person I spoke with was great I have successfully filed a claim and am expecting a direct deposit soon This company is great and I highly recommend them

"Great coverage"

I got Pet s Best for my 3 puppies in 2019 I had previously been with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance When I compared premiums and coverage Pet s Best was better Unfortunately I have had 3 puppies who have been sick One had a pancreatic abscess at 11 months and the Virginia Tech Vet School saved his life Those bills totaled 11 000 and Pet s Best paid 80 and paid it promptly My 2 litter mates have congenital joint issues and both have had CT scans medicines and surgery Again Pet s Best paid 80 promptly Additionally they covered the rehab sessions and underwater treadmill therapy for both of them They continue to pay for Adequan Librela and Arthramid injections to manage their pain Pet s Best IS the BEST

"Pets Best Is The Best"

I don t have experience with other pet insurance companies We ve used Pets Best for several years now for our dog since it was recommended by my union We have always had very good experiences with them The website is easy to navigate and understand We picked a plan we liked and could afford knowing what was covered and what wasn t We submit bills for reimbursement through the website and have never had a problem And Pets Best even emails an apology if they don t respond quickly to a submission Who else does that

Pets best was responsive to my claims They paid out the claim as described in their application and our final contract Highly recommend Pets Best as a pet insurer

"Only had it a couple days"

Only had it a couple days but approved the heartworm 100 dollar payment in 24 hours So A thus far Insurance isn t to try to get 100 of everything you spend each year otherwise the insurance company would go broke but to have in case some very expensive thing happens I can t complain

Hi My name is Debbie and I live in Colorado PetsBest is really great Their response to a claim is received swiftly letting you know its been received and they give you a date by where it will be done also If for any reason like waiting for info from the vet causes any delay they will send you an email and let you know what s going on They are always helpful and kind when you need to call them on the phone too I just love PetsBest When my friends ask me who is our insurer for our dogs I happily tell them PetsBest

"Peace of mind during a really challenging time"

Over the last four months both of my dogs have gone through some horrible luck landing both of them in the ER and hospitalized several times for different conditions Pets Best has been a lifesaver knowing that I can rely on the reimbursement of all of these claims Most claims are reimbursed quite timely but all have eventually been resolved and have a clear explanation of benefits The phone support has also been helpful when there was some questions about claims
