I ve heard good things and I ve heard some not so good revues but I ve had nothing but satisfactory service Coverage has been excellent for routine visits and vaccinations that s a huge chunk of my expenses for 2 dogs a 1 year old large dog and a 6 yo with small dog issues My husband doesn t usually spend money on extras but he is very happy he invested in Pets Best

I honestly can t say enough great things about Pets Best Getting pet insurance for our pup has definitely been a great decision for us I wish they coved rx food but other than that we have been extremely happy

I ve had my dog insured through Petsbest since I adopted him in December 2020 and it s been one of the best decisions I ve made for his care I always feel at ease knowing that I will have financial help to get him the care he needs if anything happens to him Their customer service team is always super kind patient and caring I ve had no trouble submitting claims or being reimbursed within a timely manner and my monthly premium is very reasonable given the benefits that are in my plan Their online advice chat service has been helpful on several different occasions so that is a big plus as well I d recommend Petsbest to anyone wanting to provide the best care for their pet possible

"I am happy to give Pets Best a 5 star "

I am happy to give Pets Best a 5 star rating I started my policy in September and in October my puppy started showing signs of puppy strangles It was weeks of tests and waiting for results My puppy was in pain and what I feel near death We went to his regular veterinary and to an emergency veterinary and had thousands of dollars in medical costs for him Pets Best paid out fully per my coverage plan The claims submittal process was quick and easy Their processing time was about 3 weeks to receive 1 week to request medical documentation 1 week to review and 1 week to pay It didn t happen fast but it was easy Luckily my little guy is doing much better We are still having follow-up appointments and pets best is still working hard to get me reimbursed So happy I got Pets Best
