"Terrible insurance"

Brand new baby puppy I got him insured the day we picked him up On his first vaccine visit they found an issue with his teeth a week later Insurance promptly called it pre existing and excluded care for his congenital condition 8 weeks old insured immediately Bunch of thieves and robbers stealing your cash and screwing you over

Benefits under each plan are unclear I thought I had signed up for full dental coverage but then I got a 1000 bill I don t know what I am paying for Probably going to move to another company

"THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES DO NOT SIGN UP "

I got insurance for my cat and suddenly he started feeling sick Took him to the vet and I came to find out he has kidney failure these people categorized it as a pre-existing condition which is not the case because I just found out about it I took them almost 1 month to review a claim and had I wanted to dispute their decision was going to take them 90 days to answer I simply canceled the policy I FEEL STIFLED What do i have insurance if it is to no good Crooks really PUT YOUR ELSEWHERE

Complete waste of money if I had to do it over I would ve just put the 50 per month in a side account rather than waste it with this company Makes no sense to pay them when you add in the deductible and copay Unless you re looking to just be covered for catastrophic events this is a complete waste of time and money in my opinion Lesson learned

"I have been paying premiums for over 6 "

I have been paying premiums for over 6 months and processed 2 claims for medical expenses It has taken over 7 weeks for them to process the claims and still no satisfaction I asked for a refund which they refused The worst Pet insurance company and experience I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for another pet they processed claims immediately within 10 days Great experience with them Don t use Pet s Best ever I will never use them again

Paying 1000 for two dogs and getting a combined total of 200 back from insurance is getting really old Every time I call in I get the run around oh you met your wellness maximum it was for illness Whats that Oh yes that maximum getting ready to switch to a new insurance company

"Pets Best is a scam"

We have paid hundreds of dollars every month for our three cats for years and years The price just keeps going up Yet every time we make a claim some part of it is denied for some small print reason This is a scam that has cost us thousands I am beyond mad I m saddened by the pure greed and hate that would make me choose whether or not my beloved pets deserve care becuase the insuance company I thought would take care of them is cutting corners everywhere possible Pets Best was supposed to make caring for my animal easier Instead They ve only brought frustration and grief Pets Best is a scam I ll be instead putting my exorbidantly high premium into a separate bank account each month and become my OWN pet insurance If only I could get back what I already paid in good faith for a bad serivce

"Total scam"

They have so many wonderful loopholes to ensure they never have to pay out claims for your pet And dont forget about the deductibles for every category of coverage that has to be met before you get paid back Honestly they are the worst

"Pets Best delays paying claims"

Pets Best is always very slow to review claims when they owe me money When I haven t met my deductible they are nice and prompt If I had it to do over and I will with future pets I would NEVER buy insurance from this sham company edited to respond to Pets Best s ridiculous response There is nothing complicated about a thyroid test Whenever you owe me a reimbursement it takes a long time Until I ve met my deductible you are fast It s your pattern
