Massive delay with delivery no idea when I will receive it

They seem like a reputable company with decent product I ordered two boxes of different coffee pods from them on Friday 24th November just as I was running out of my coffee The delivery terms say 3-5 days delivery within the UK It has now been 11 days and I still haven t received it A few days ago after emailing customer service I got a response that there s been a technical error with processing my order but that it s now been processed Then this morning I get a note from the delivery courier saying there s been a delay with the delivery with no indication when I will actually receive it I have held off from buying other coffee expecting to receive it any time now but clearly it won t be for a while Avoid this service if you have other options Or you might not see your coffee for a good few weeks

Lack of customer service

Been trying to contact for over a month via email Facebook Instagram and phone with no response Login details not working on website and when pressing the forgot password part I don t receive any email to reset it Been trying to cancel a subscription that I no longer require but unable to and today more money has come out of my account

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service They re very happy to take your money but when something goes wrong no one replies or answers the phone I ve emailed and called but have received nothing regarding a missing delivery Shouldn t have to be chasing the courier company myself but this is what it s come to Won t be using them again and recommend others don t either
