Don t buy this box You are throwing away your money

What a shame that I didn t read the other reviews before purchasing This is definitely an expensive scam I purchased with a credit card so I will try to obtain a refund via that route - they don t answer emails won t let you put a genuine review on their site which just means all the false reviews on their site will sucker more people in like me Big scam don t buy

Simply do not buy Mine developed a fault after 3 months I refused an offer of another unit as the pigeons simply covered it in poo and sat next to it I returned it fo examination to an unmarked industrial unit on Fairwood Industrial Estate and heard nothing Meantime I m emailing Alexandria at VAN ORTON Ltd in Geneva for a refund Needless to say I ve been scammed

Bought one of these to deter seagulls

Bought one of these to deter seagulls from my roof What arrived was a plastic box that makes an irritating noise that is more likely to deter me from using my garden than the birds Tried to return under distance buying laws but like everyone else was just ignored I tried phoning them but no answer emailed numerous times but get no reply I would advise anyone looking to deter birds to look elsewhere as this is a useless con trick You d scare the birds better clapping your hands

Sadly this device does not work

I ve had lots of interaction with their customer service team and they respond quickly and politelyThey offer lots of advice and options however the device does not work as they suggest After about 5 weeks the pigeons seem both unaware and certainly not deterred by the device despite being within inches of it It s certainly not a professional device and for me at least a waste of money I wish I d checked out the reviews first and suggest you do as well

Total scammers device does not work at all I have photo proof pigeons sits one meter away from it Phone numbers dont work response received after continuous emails It took me over 5 weeks to get refund however no return shipping costs reimbursed hence now I will passing case to Small claim court ombudsman and also looking into reporting them and their website to Internet Crime Complaint centre Stay away from buying Little update - paid for shipping 9 98 promised to reimburse return shipping of 5 refunded 3 This company are just liars Be aware of STOP BIRD PRO VAN ORTON Co Ltd Pigeon Deterrent Internet report on this bunch to follow

Bought one before Covid

Bought one before Covid had the opposite effect instead of deterring pigeons the unit seemed to attract A lot of money for a very inaffective piece of deterring tech if you could call it that Usual response as others have experienced that need to wait a few weeks rubbish even after a few months pigeons were still queuing up Total waste of money

This whole company is a con I purchased the Cat Stop Pro claims to be a british company but all these items are sent from france your buying a cheap import at premium prices may as well just buy one off amazon at a third of the price

What a complete waste of time and money from a scam company The product is useless Worse still they will not accept returns although I will be returning the useless item anyway They claim all these terrible reviews are fake but the only fake thing around here is their product I have reported this to Mastercard as I believe this is fraudulent trading

don t waste your money

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this rubbish device in short it doesn t work I have persevered with it and followed all of their advice inital email queries were answered by someone called alexandra however ultimately after providing video evidence of the pigeons sitting happily next to the device I asked for a refund and surprise surprise received no reply 60 down the drain but I will be contacting trading standards

Complete Rubbish

Bought this useless piece of junk on July 1st Two weeks later I had to install a new battery At the end of July it stopped working altogether Emailed them - no reply Phoned several times - always engaged What a complete rip off and waste of money Their website is full of misleading information Check the company registration details Very interesting
