Great experience with real Burners
This company is new although the owner has been operating an ebike business for a few years now The website looked a bit suspicious at first but after having a videocall with the owner I can verify that this is an actual business The prices are for their ebikes are very nice as well

Very grateful to Playa Ebikes for a Great Experience
It s nice to see a group of Burners trying to do right by the Burner community They are offering quality eBikes at an affordable price for both purchase and rental I spoke with Ari the owner He s a long time Burner was really helpful and even gave me a referral code that brought the price down further I m really excited to have a brand new eBike for my burn because well late nights

Great service
I just rented an Eco model eBike from Sara She was so nice and the process was very very easy It turns out they are actually going to be located in Nixon as I m driving to Burning Man this year That is amazing The price was great and its a brand new bike in the box I m really impressed and look forward to sharing my referral code with other campmates now I get money back for that Very thoughtful to make this really possible for burners of all economic situations

Horrible experience
Horrible experience Ruined our burn The bike is a really bad quality and was assembled bad In the middle of the street My wife had a huge accident of the first ride at the playa and got injured We rented 3 bikes and all of them we had major problems Never again with this company

The bike completely broke
The bike completely broke The first ride I took the chain was too tight and kept popping off every 30 seconds I had the chain loosened and it then was popping off every 5 minutes or so Shortly after this the key to the ignition broke off and the power to the moter was not available I tried to return the bike and was met with rufusal to refund my money I am very unsatisfied with the product and customer service to resolve the bike failure and refund my purchase as I was not able to use the bike as I had planned

Absolutely TERRIBLE
Absolutely TERRIBLE Sold the you can pick it up on the to Burning man - didn t have the bike I bought -didn t the accessories I paid for- didn t have time to assemble even though I paid for it and had to assemble myself - wouldn t call back- wouldn t reimburse- followed up multiple times and had to deal with credit card company - BUYER BEWARE
