I really want to recommend Possway to everybody I went through a lot looking for an electric skateboard and being really careful not to get trapped in a scam I sent emails to Possway customer service and they answered to me from the first moment I tried to reach out to them I ordered the skateboard and I paid with Paypal I received a charge for an international transaction and I started thinking that something could be wrong I waited for the skateboard almost a week and then the UPS website started showing that the item was having issues in California I waited a day and the website was showing the same message I called UPS and they told me I had to create an investigation case I sent an email to Possway customer service and they showed their support from the first moment A case was opened and Possway offered solutions in case the skateboard got lost One more day passed by and the package was found by UPS in Oregon I received the skateboard and my son was really happy It was his birthday and it came just on time We opened it together and it had a doble box to protect the skateboard the wheels were amazing and a good size the design was really cool and it was a really smooth skateboard It is an amazing item for a beginner or intermediate All the facts described on the videos in Possway s website are real It is smooth and reliable I cannot describe how happy we are as parents and not even I can describe how happy my son is now with his skateboard Thank you to Possway and its customer service team I will buy again from Possway and I really recommend it to everybody You can trust this company its products and the customer service team
