I am changing the rating from one to four stars because I managed to get the parcel finally They deposited it at the local post office after two delivery attempts I wasn t notified about delivery and so was not at home The Italian shop owner was very kind to have contacted them and this is how I got to know that the parcel was deposited at my local post office It took quite a but of a stress to receive it But the key thing is that I got it and it didn t disappear
