I like them

I like them sure they have their issues but in general all the food is decent and their service is normally good or not for lack of effort on the staff s part Stores are pretty clean and the 20 a month deal is good value if you are happy with cheap ok coffee

very friendly staff nice hot coffee

pret in city canon streetvery friendly staff nice hot coffee would of been better in a china cup but all they serve is paper cups better for environment if they used china cups in store toilets out of action again

Subscription for coffee is still a very good deal

Not sure why people are so up in arms about the subscription rise For me it would have to go up a very long way before I m not saving money And I am saving a lot of money Personally I have two coffees a day for 30 quid a month which would otherwise cost me well over 150 per month I d agree that the food has become massively overpriced but that s a separate issue and I m not forced to buy it Subscription is still a very good deal if you drink coffee

Cutlery dysfunctional

As always quality food - well presented - good value and tasty BUT please how can anyone really be expected to eat a salad with those ridiculous wooden cutlery items and even worse cut plum tomatoes in two I struggled but it would put me off again as when you did manage to catch the lettuce it fell off the fork on its way to your mouthPlease try to improve on these Thank you

My favourites

I ve tried most of their baguettes wraps sandwiches and salads They do put alot of effort into presenting the best ready to eat meals and that s evident from their food I particularly enjoy the hummous and roasted peppers open sandwich and the hoisin duck wrap

i love pret salads mac and cheese and drinks only reason why not 5 stars cause they shut down in southampton didnt know it was happening either

FRESHLY MADE TASTY BUT SOME PORTIONS too SMALL

Pret near us in Glasgow had a good service However all of us in our work feel that the pasta portions are disappointing They are yummy expensive for what it is and we are left hungry after PRET PLEEEASE be more generous with the portions Other feedback please have more vegetarian eggless options so many sauces have egg in There are many vegetarians who dont eat egg but eat other dairy

The service is good I usually get approached with a smile Portions could definitely improve on size vs value but the ingredients are always fresh Ice drinks and maybe some blended drinks could be added during summer as they currently just sell hot drinks

My experience was ok

My experience was ok my moan is the people are allowed to hot desk conference meetings taking up a table for 4 when they are on their own in Horsham pret a lady sat at table for four in a meeting when asked would not move to table for 2 so that 3 of us could sit and have our drinks this lady only needed to slide across to table next to her she did not even have eye contact just remonstrated she was on a call and refused to move please could management put up notices that people wishing to conduct meetings on free WiFi in there must sit at smaller table so that other paying groups can sit down

The coffee was nice although a bit expensive

The coffee was nice the environment was friendly All in all a solid place to have a little sit down and chill
