Racist employee

Unfortunately visited this place Trafalgar Square Saturday 9th December around 9pm Younger man with glasses wasn t allowing anyone to use the toilets Four people asked him and he refused until a woman came and asked and he allowed her The difference The lady that was allowed was brown every single other person was white I sat and watched this and was disgusted Is he only allowing people the same colour as him to use the toilet He was extremely rude when asked as wellWill never return will report to head office

Edinburgh Airport Pret- gave me the wrong drink then the rude member of staff French blamed me for taking someone else s drink- won t be using Pret at Edinburgh Airport ever again TP doesn t have the option of giving zero stars

Very unfriendly manager at Pret in Nugent Way Orpington By 3pm maybe earlier when closing at 4 30 today half of the cafe was closed off to customers so that cleaning could take place Consequently customers were squashed in near a regularly opening door and were cold Not a nice experience

Do not ever go to Pret WOOD GreenRude staff especially evelina the manager surprisingly she is even got the manager job same as for the one with extra long lashes and black hair Awful Rude staff and disrespectful to customers No clue how those two still have a job in customer services as clearly they don t know how to treat their customersPuts me off into going to Pret when I know they hire people with lack of experience and basic knowledge

I am absolutely disgusted by the food I received I got a chocolate chunk cookie from Pret and it tastes of pure cleaning solution either food has been contaminated by cleaners or was produced this way Tastes like it has been made with fairy washing up liquid never had this before from pret I feel ill and fuming

RIP OFF AND MISERABLE I used to LOVE Pret as my go to for lunch and coffee and snacks the teams used to be so lovely and friendly pre Covid Since then I have noticed a huge decline in the quality of the coffee inconsistent and weak The food has been reduced in sizeThe prices are an absolute rip off for the smaller food on offerThe most disappointing is the service it is so poor it is extremely rare to receive even a smile from the Pret teams and they just appear not to give any care for customers RudeI am now at the stage of avoiding Pret whenever possible Pret as a business also doesn t care about all the feedback as they do nothing about itShame on you Pret for ruining a once amazing brand experience

I would 100 give it a 0 stars if that option would be available today i went to the stratford station branch I asked for a extra hot vanilla latte waited 10 minutes After 10 minutes they gave me a warm to cold vanilla latte I asked the manager to give me a hot He then went over and came back and literally said Sir this is extra hot it is 50 degrees After saying that this is not extra hot or even hot as you can hold it in your hands without feeling it He start calling me an idiot Shame On pret not all just this branch Please stay away from stratford station branch

If I could give a zeroI would My daughter bought a posh cheese and pickle baguette for both of us When she started eating it she found what appeared to be a bone in it She sent pictures of it to customer service etc and was told that they felt that that it was extra fibrous matter in the pickle Im sorry I know the difference between bone and vegetable matter My daughter also a vegetarian so caused her some distress also she could ve choked Poor show Pret

5 years ago pret was good Now it s a terrible subscription business model that serves jet fuel coffee with irregular quality Food used to be very much cheaper and better quality Sandwiches changed seasonally and vegan vegetarian products were top quality I honestly don t see a point of buying here a coffee for 3 90 when you can get a singe origin coffee from an independent store
