Edinburgh Shop No 471 Princes Street Tuna Cucumber Egg Cress sandwiches were very poorly filled Chilled cabinets were poorly stocked always are for premium priced products Why are the products not better produced available it s not rocket science

It is a damn disgrace Each month that I go into Pret the sandwiches have less and less filling The sandwiches are not cheap yet I am expected to pay for two pieces of bread with a spattering of chicken cheese and or damaged leafy greens Value for money has taken on a new meaning

Bad ever Cappuchino tast

I have recently had Cappuccino in Pert Chiswick that wasn t good like before But today it was worst ever Cappuccino I have ever had It was like a burned coffee with the bitter bitter taste I think one of worst thing happened after covid is that services from provider get worse but prices go high and nobody is accountable I couldn t return my cappuccino as it was take a way but really it was disgusting it seems nobody responsible for the customer rights who pays increasing price for small coffee Usually even the personnel aren t polite or caring they only want to get rid of you and go for the next possibly they dont offend directly but their body language and the way they talk to you aren t good I also dont think that it is a matter for the managers

Stale and very small basic croissant at Victoria Station for 2 60 30p more than other London Pret outlets Cooked this morning I m told but was soft and not flaky like a shop-bought croissant In the 12 years I ve lived in Pimlico as a loyal customer for once I asked for a refund Dislike the dual-pricing system and the massive queue of subscription drink orders Fed-up with the typical arrogant bloke in suit probably on his fifth free coffee of the day impatiently jumping the queue to get his skinny latte when he knows full well that he ordered his drink after me If things don t improve then Starbucks will be my go-to coffee place It may fall-short on fresh food but at least they write your name on the cup Coffee is smoother too Pret you need a product rethink

High Prices Low Quality

Pret poor quality tomatoes and cucumbers have a nasty fishy after-taste They rely on the granish to cover the bad flavour No doubt they have reduced quality whilst at the same time pumping up prices to ridiculous levels to pay cover their costs and maintain profit levels Pret will soon discover that the customer is not prepared to be used as a cash cow to cover Pret s poor financial decision making and that it is pointless giving your staff an 18 pay increase when in the end you will have to fire them to cut costs because nobody is purchasing your over-priced products anymore

The new manager at the shop on Rathbone Place sometimes referred to as the Oxford Street shop is rude and unfriendly Staff changes often - new staff lacks the personal touch They give free coffee to the homeless who hang out there - admirable except when they become threatening Loud corny pop music is unbearable Wifi is intermittent It usually cuts off Weak coffee

Went to the Pret at Queensway Very uninterested staff at the counter Very dry danish And unfortunately not very clean at the tables The staff that refilled spoons touched them with bare hands Not very hygienic After the pandemic I thought we had learned somethings To summon it up not a nice experience I m sorry to say

Called in pret cannon st for a coffee yesterday 3 80 for a coffee in paper cup sat on a small stool then noticed how dirty the place was Food on floor and crumbs over table top Will try to pick a more enjoyable place to have a drink next time
