Waste of a subscription

Waste of a subscription Although they do offer fresh tasty sandwiches and salads don t waste your time trying to get any iced drink in the afternoon It s 50 50 whether they have ingredients for smoothies or ice for milkshakes I got the subscription so I can get a coffee in the morning lunch and skake or smoothly after school but the majority of the time I m unable to do so This review is for the Balham branch who have turned off their Google reviews I wonder why

Unprofessional staffs

I love pret food specially the wraps I purchased coffee from terminal one whilst awaiting for my flight to be gated As I was about to walk away with my coffee I saw a member of staff being very abusive towards his colleague I felt sorry for the young man working there as he sbeen bullied I believe we all can have a bad day at work but it is very unprofessional to humiliate colleagues publicly The gentleman called Mostufa was very aggressive to the young man I request Pret to train their staffs to respect colleagues and customers

Ordered twice from Putney High Street

Ordered twice from Putney High Street branch every time wrong items sent Uber Eats kindly refunded but I believe that the most important skill needed when you work in Pret is to read learn to read please

The monthly subscription is great but

The monthly subscription is great but only if you like coffee if you want a smoothie or milkshake forget it I m considering giving mine up because they never have what I want Still no change they wait until summer then wonder why they re running out of cold drink

Bad customer service

I decided to give Pret another chance after a long absence due to the negative media coverage Nice pastries but my flat white wasn t great which was disappointing The customer service was very poor and that really needs addressing They are not hospitable more hostile And the company needs to think about how they can help their customers with basics such as offering a cup holder so you don t burn your hands for example Pret has a questionable track record and although some of their food is good quality they need to do better to keep up with the competition Think I will be giving it a miss from now on

The stars are for the staff who are

The stars are for the staff who are always excellent and energetic The quality of the food is also consistently good However their portions have shrunk and their prices have gone way up 6 50 for a latte and portage neither of which were even close to being full is simply ridiculous And now you have to be a member of their club so as not to pay even higher prices I used to stop into Pret quite a lot but now with smaller sizes and much higher prices I ll be avoiding them

Pret Waterloo station just gets worse and worse Dirty understaffed most seating has been removed And very expensive Not my first poor experience will not be going back

Reducing quality increasing prices

Pret has increased their subscription price to 30 per month however the coffee and drinks quality don t live up to this They included coolers which taste like diluted water and they add bitter dried fruit in there which makes it even worst Also they are advertising that they are giving 10 discount on food which is already double the price than if you purchased it in any other place majority of the time their bakery items are overcooked over burned and they are still selling them not happy

Okay apart from the deceptive labelling

Okay Pret is generally good but they truly FAIL and ought to be fined by the standards authority for their misleading and false lemon and ginger drink 0 2 ginger flavouring1 500th and not even real ginger Come on Pret why the need to deceive people

PRet Clark s Village Somerset

We stopped for a late lunch at Pret Clarks Village the sandwiches on offer were very limited and the cheese and ham sandwich was pitiful half empty and mean slice of ham and half a slice of cheese Very poor quality The staff were more interested in cleaning than serving and when they do eventually serve were very surly and rude Will not return and left me disappointed with Pret reputation
