I cannot thank enough Pret A Manger in Luton I was travelling with my son and we bought a few things to eat from Pret for the journey When I tried to pay I just couldn t either the card was not working or the machine I don t know but the kind man told us that we could take it for free Thank you so much truly grateful and I will pass on the kind gesture

Amazing help from a member of the pret team in Reading services westbound this morning I didn t get his name unfortunately but he went out of his way to help me find my phone Very grateful And the breakfast was fab too

Best Store Balham

Not all Pret coffee shop offer good quality or good customer service but the one in Balham is my favourite I have tried plenty of Pret coffee shop in the city and in the area Tooting Wimbledon Putney In Balham everyone is very friendly serve with a smile on their face and they make the coffee drinks with love I absolutely love this store Thank you Balham team You guys are the best

I was on my lunch break from work I met such a friendly and helpful staff members at Pret A Manger 182 St John St Tygist made my day she was open friendly and professional There is something amazing about her smile and her energy The service provided by Ignasio was excellent and he was very organized A smile was always on Yiming s face and she was always open to others Gus barista is the best barista always smiling and always on time with delicious drinks I m glad to be back and to have my lunch break at Pret on St John Street Yana

I would like to complement all the staff at Putney high Street Pret A Manger They are always cheerful and helpful whenever I go in In the last few weeks In this very hot weather they have been working in the shop with no air conditioning They are still always polite and cheerful I only have got one member of staffs name which is Khia but all the others are great too It makes using this pret a great experience

What a wonderful and friendly team at the HARROGATE BRANCH Having purchased lunch and coffee for myself and 2 friends - in returning to the counter for a pastry - it was given it on the house which is above and beyond anything I would expect from such a large chain This is something I do in my own business and I hope the customers feel as important as I felt today with the customer service Aaron gave by this kind gesture
