Way over priced Live FL Found way better
Way over priced and for 1 day of insurance until I found another auto ins Comp They charged me 120 61 No tickets no accidents went up 400 00 a month month higher than what I was paying Or I had the option 759 00 a month They wanted 4 800 00 every 6 months How descusting I am 63 yrs Old perfect driving record They should be ran out of the state of Florida Were is our insurance commission and our governor who is regulating them We the people do the voting remember that

1 Worst Insurance Company
This is the worst insurance auto house company out here Once you have a claim they are not your friend even if you are not at fault Their agents and mainly their adjusters are extremely incompetent and do NOT I repeat DO NOT keep in contact with you and instead try to sell you a better coverage and give false shaky information They lied to me about obtaining police reports to save their own behinds remarkable experience The adjuster insisted that he had all the information and reports they needed this was a lie The adjuster s incompetence has caused and costed so much I rather pay more money to another insurance company just to avoid progressive altogether They do not have their customer s backs they will turn on you and refuse to help their own drivers There s nothing worse than dealing with the sleazeballs that run this company Progressive will have your blood boiling because they are robots and repeat the same thing over and over script by script Save the stress energy and money and DO NOT GO FOR PROGRESSIVE

Was involved in an auto accident NO FAULT of my own by their client
Was involved in an auto accident by their client Absolutely NO FAULT of mines I m permanently disabled by this and they want to settle for a little of nothing I wouldn t recommend them at all even if they do outsiders like this I was rear ended ended up with severe injuries in which I m unable to work nor have a normal life again due to medications I m on as well as having to have major surgeries from this awful accident But they want to see you suffer the consequences from the damages their client has done Along with losing everything you e worked hard for They don t care about anyone nor anything As long as you re insured with them WTBS I m going to fight with all my might what little strength I have left in me

Current situation 2017 Kia broken into for the 3rd time this year We did get the Claw steering column gadget that was offered and the criminals just took it off It is the wrong model year for the new way of jumpstarting it with a USB First rep was great took care of the issue in a timely manner Second one was very unprofessional Eating chips while on the phone But the repairs were made Now it has been a month several calls to the adjuster with no response left voicemail several calls to the supervisor again no response When corporate is called the automated system keeps transferring to the adjusters voicemail Finally got a claims rep who tried to call but got voicemail too Told me it would be up to the supervisor to provide a new adjuster Email today to follow up on our call was to sell additional policies I m DONE

Progressive Gouges
Progressive is all about bait and switch I moved from CO to NY and my insurance practically doubled I stayed with my brother for one month and they originally told me that they were adding him to my insurance and that is why it doubled I notified them weeks later that I no longer was staying with him and had my own apartment just me and my dog updated my address and they did not lower the premium just lied and told me that was the rate for just me No accidents tickets etc I work from home I would not recommend using this company as they are completely dishonest and gouge customers I give them 0 stars not 1 Looking forward to leaving them very soon Remember they have to pay out millions of dollars for all those commercials and they do take bonuses Would love to know why the government allows insurance companies like this to blatantly gouge people

I m so upset I been trying to pay my auto bill insurance I am set up for biweekly with auto pay but my identity was stolen so it s been a process of having to get new debit cards and I call and make sure to update my info and that s what I was trying to do last night by calling to give them my new debit card before my bill is due just for the lady to tell me I can t use that service anymore I can t afford to pay monthly the bi weekly helps me but she could not tell me why progressive was doing this I have not ever been late on a payment I been a good customer its like I m being punished for someone stealing my financials and selling it so if that s why then I do not recommend anyone using them because if you have any issue then they do not care Why is it you pay your bill every due date and now they want me to get a certified check and for what and why I just can t do it that way I m disabled and have hard enough time getting what I need let alone a added stressed I m just disappointed that company do not care about there customers My due dates the 21st do not know what to do my car has a flat tire with no way out to town I just ask them to not do this I can t start over trying to find coverage I have no tickets clean good driver isn t that a customer that s wanted

I WAS a 5 year customer I received a Congratulations you ve reached diamond status postcard At the same time I received a renewal notice advising me that my rate would go up OVER 100 a MONTH Upon calling I was informed that Maryland approved the raising of rates for my zip code area and that the raise was due to the cost of living increase I ve obviously since moved away from them to an older more established and now cheaper company that previously was more expensive I d advise you not to be drawn in to their supposed cheaper rate option because every 6 months when their renewal letter goes out the rates always go up just a little until now when they tried this latest unbelievable increase of over 100 a month Their CEO makes 12 5 mil a year 92 of that being bonuses and she owns 108 9 mil worth of stocks They ve become greedy only worrying about their bottom line Don t waste your time by giving them more money

I have full coverage insurance through progressive Been with them sense 2019 My son hit a deer on Nov 14th about 11 30 at night 5000 00 worth of damages They refuse to answer phone refuse to answer text refuse to answer emails Closed my claim never said a word to me Doubled my insurance from 154 a month to 336 a month They want me to pay the extra a month but they don t want to fix my car Ya I m looking for a new insurance company Now the claim I had before that a tree fell on my truck they paid right away and they never raised my rates I was told ya we don t raise rates for nature But yet my son hit a deer is that not nature
