The delivery man struggled to find my property

The delivery man struggled to find my property I had given clear written instructions It took them about 15 mins to find me The driver s English wasn t that great He could not communicate at all However the head office rang and it was sorted out

Excellent communication and updates BUT

Excellent communication and updates delivered very efficiently by two staff - BUT someone along the line had slapped a glued packing note onto the top of the chest of drawers which left damage on the surface when removed bad news for me and also for the Etsy seller who is trying to rectify this A silly mistake as there was careful plastic wrapping all over the rest of the chest

The part arrived within the time that was stated The only problem was that the delivery driver did not speak English which was a slight problem

Not broken but poor service and communication

The goods arrived and were not damaged in any way But very very late The guys delivering had little knowledge of moving furniture and sadly not much English So it was a struggle

Whilst communication about our delivery was excellent we were very disappointed that our purchase had been damaged in transit despite amazing packaging by our supplier Photographic evidence of the item immediately before being packed is very clear Such a shame that more care couldn t be taken as something had obviously been dropped on the item It also was very wet and grubby even though the day was dry Again photos show that this must have happened once it had left our supplier More care needs to be taken

Delivered ok But quite rude

Delivered ok Despite the special instructions that were added to help delivery - this team managed to upset two of my neighbours with their abrupt terse nature And even though they were in the wrong place - they still wanted to unload the goods

Good communication throughout and delivered when I wanted Would gove 5 stars but outer box was damaged and could have damaged contents The item was delivered to an interim address as the supplier will not deliver to Nprthern Ireland and I can t confirm if the actual item was damaged but I hope not

Good real time tracking BUT

Good real time tracking Sadly the two man crew hadn t a clue what they were delivering to me Neither of which spoke much English and insisted on leaving an unopened box without me insisting it be opened to identify the contents were what I ordered The attitude was surly and curt all he wanted to do was get my signature and get out of my property

Great service when collecting several items Although they do keep messaging until you give them a review I don t appreciate being badgered

More haste less speed

Polite and communicative however the sofa was taken through without really considering the route and taking appropriate protective measures This resulted in a big scrape on one door and the front brass door knocker being sheared clean off
