Fabulous agent but let down by the

Fabulous agent but let down by the purple bricks app and website being a nightmare to use I can t even log into it at all and have tried multiple times to reset the password but it s not even emailed me Pointless signing up to sell my house with PB when I can t even get into the app and have had no response to my emails my agent hasn t been able to help me with this so this is the first response from purple bricks replying to my review

Adam Picton was great with our move It happened swiftly and seamlessly despite some delays that were completely out of his control He communicated well throughout the process which we really appreciated as this was our first time renting in London We were very happy with the service from Purple bricks

The estate agent Danny showed up was on time I think it s nerve wracking the entire process of selling a house but he made me feel at ease and was very helpful He was very clear about the next steps and offered lots of support
