Relatively simple and easy

The process from organising the viewing to submitting an offer was relatively low friction Our only comment would be that the site does not make it clear how to accommodate the vagaries between buying in Scotland from England but it is less of an issue than we thought

Excellent customer care for the start of our Purple Bricks journey

This is just the start of our Purple Bricks journey but so far so good Our representative Jason Vimpany is very personable and helpful - and has guided us through the process in an informed and friendly manner Uploading our own photos has been straightforward and we are excited for our listing to go live and take the next steps to selling our house

Great and honest customer service

I was really happy with the experience I had when Carla viewed and valued my house for rental purposes She was so knowledgeable and gave a lot of very important information She did a detailed virtual tour of my home and gave useful tips of small improvements I could make around the house Carla was very personable and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable but was also very professional Based on the experience I had I would highly recommend Purple Bricks

As we have had positive dealings with Purple Bricks before we decided to get a valuation from them on our property They did not disappoint The agent was courteous down to earth and really informative he gave us great advice and talked us through the process and didn t give us a load of bull which most estate agents do Because of this and the fact that their fees are so reasonable compared to other estate agents we decided there and then to sign up and we are using Purple Bricks to sell our property

My house sold within 24 hours of going

My house sold within 24 hours of going on the market I had 3 offers within the first 2 days For this reason I have only had experience of my Sales Progressor Narinder This lady has been worth her weight in gold and has supported me through some stressful times She has kept in touch and has contacted my elusive conveyancer for me on several occasions As my house sold quickly I don t have any experience of the other Purple Bricks teams
