We put our house up for sale around April 2023 with Purple Bricks All was ok initially then the service probably at the of the takeover by Strike was appalling It was impossible to speak to anyone staff were located in South Africa Towards October 2023 and since then the service has definitely improved particularly the service from Tracy In future I would only use an estate agent with a local office certainly not an internet based one

I had 10 months to with purple brick It took long time there is lack of communication only one person I like Emma Corcoran She always helped me when I needed advice She is very helpful

Not sure where figures came from

Agent rang to say he would be late and then sat in car at top of drive for 10 minutes on arrival Polite but didnt seem too interested in sale Clicked on and off his phone but didnt present us with any evidence of comparable properties or how he arrived at the figure Competitors valued at 50k less

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THE LADY GOT MY EMAIL WRONG DESPITE GOING OVER IT SEVERAL TIMES AND THIS CAUSED ONGOING ISSUES

Not very pro-active poor communication with the agents in South Africa The Sales Progressor never returned my calls would e-mail me days later with response Should have used a local Estate Agent would have been a much better experience

I found the process very difficult as an older vegetation I m just an old cabbage gone to seed And I can t hear anything either basically I m fudged

Have been unable to receive the valuation Would have liked it to simply be an email It seems that I need to run around the houses to view it I am not too familiar with modern communication technology and a bit old school My property is somewhat unique and it would be very difficult to evaluate without a visit On the plus side your marketing terms look very attractive
