After I placed my order I read all these bad reviews on them I was hesitate after however I have had a really positive outcome with them I ordered my glasses on Friday and they got delivered today Thursday I love them so much I was scared about the fit but they fit perfectly so thank you so much

Customer services was amazing I came to write a review and saw a lot of negative one but my experience couldn t be better

I love their virtual try on They have suggestions for the shape of your face They came nicely packaged and the glasses were protected all the way around They fit beautifully and are SO stylish I m in love

This feedback is from my wife I ve never heard of this company I was looking for sunnies and QuayAustralia came up I love the look of the styles on their website Then I decided to check up on them in TrustPilot and was shocked at all the bad reviews Put me off them for a month or so But I liked the look of their sunnies So this week I decided to bite the bullet and ordered 2 pairs 1 pair came in the wrong shade I immediately emailed them It was in the evening and I didn t expect a reply Within a few minutes I got a reply asking for my order number which I complied The next day the customer service rep wrote an apologetic email and had initiated a replacement order I got the replacement the following day So within 2 days I got prompt responses and a replacement Give credit where credit is due They deserve my 5 rating I love the glasses I wore one out for a walk today I got compliments on it from my walking companions I have no hesitation to recommend QuayAustralia and will buy from them again

I read all the comments here and I was terrified to place an order eventually I decided to take the risk but pay via PayPal Placed the order on the 3 1 and received it already today the 9th of January Very satisfied with the product

i called there customer service about my broken glasses which when you have a glasses company there should be some type of warranty or repair program and the lady just started listing off terms and conditions and goes basically there s nothing we can do ray ban shopper for life and all of my friends agree they talk a big game that they re the newest and innovative glasses company and then provide zero customer service or help never buying again
