Terrible company The first time I bought sunglasses from Quay Austrailia they weren t suitable so I returned them It took me ages to get a refund because they said they hadn t received them but luckily I sent them back via Royal Mail tracked delivery I thought this was just an error but recently bought more glasses from them returned them and the exact same thing happened They said they hadn t received them and couldn t do anything useless I d returned them via recorded delivery thankfully I did but what an absolute scam Avoid them because they re trying to scam people out of their money

DO NOT ORDER Purchased a pair of sunglasses on the Quay Australia Nederland website on 22 June 2022 After payment went through the online merchant reflected was NOT Quay but listed as Grantham Hospital Claims Krakow Attempts to have the purchase refunded have failed Attempts at contacting customer service are futile because no one replies Obviously no sunglasses have been received Abysmal

EVERY SINGLE ORDER I ve made with Quay has had problems smudged used glasses sent wrong sizes sent sunglasses with foggy lenses sent I put up with it the first 2 times because I do think the sunglasses - when RIGHT - are very flattering on my face practically any face but after this last order was COMPLETELY WRONG from floor to ceiling I think I am DONE with Quay I think the problem is Quay hires little girls translation vacuous absent-minded I couldn t care less teenagers who are just grabbing customer-handled sunglasses from the display stands on the floor in their stores and then just chucking them into boxes and sending them out for delivery If it wasn t for the jacked-up deliveries I d give Quay 5-stars for style and quality TOO BAD

I have bought numerous times over the years I have been buying exclusively from them for over 7 years This time around there was an issue with the delivery and I have not received my glasses due to an issue on their part The costumer care has been appalling I have sent numerous emails with initially automatic responses and recently RADIO SILENCE The glasses are not the cheapest so the fact that I am being ignored is unacceptable Since this post I am still waiting for a conclusion response

Returned 3 pairs of sunglasses 1 was a sale item which I thought I would receive a credit for Emailed me to say no refund or credit and they are keeping the glasses even though I said I would pay for the postage to return them to me How is this legal to me it s stealing I have paid for them Rude and arrogant customer service

DO NOT BUY from this company Customer services is appalling and practically non existent I have sent numerous emails as having issues starting a return online and they just consistently send me an automated email I would never buy from them again and still waiting for a response They really don t care

Avoid - I really liked these for the year I had them unfortunately like another review after about 10 months they started to get a strange mark on them almost like water liquid damage I didn t think to contact immediately but a few friends said I should unfortunately customer service were very unhelpful so now I am stuck with a pair of strange looking glasses I will have to throw I was going to order some more but won t be ordering again especially now I have seen this is clearly a fault they were aware of as it isn t just me than has had the issue

The glasses i purchased were faulty they then replaced them and within a month the replacement glasses did exactly the same thing as the first ones i then requested a refund as they are clearly faulty and made very poorly Quay are refusing to give me a refund even though both sets of glasses were faulty The ACCC states that you are entitled to a refund regardless of the timeframe especially with a faulty product Will encourage everyone i know to never buy from them Quay used to be a respected brand and the quality of their products was on point not anymore compared to how they used to be you can see they are trying to cut costs because the glasses flimsy and clearly made very cheaply NOT HAPPY

Wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering with them There return policy is terrible they don t accept returns I ordered 2 pairs hated one of them and wanted to send one back 1 day after me receiving but not able to return for refund or exchange This is basic Customer service consumer rights Absolutely shocking service don t buy from them

I placed my order for the Desi x Quay sunglasses that came out on 20 06 2018 I ordered 2 sunglasses and had gotten the confirmation email that they received my order however 3 weeks went by and I had no email regarding the shipping so I contacted them and they told me that because 1 of the sunglasses was out of stock they had not shipped my order They informed me that they could issue a re-fund just for the 1 pair that was out of stock and send me the rest or re-fund the whole order I asked them when they would be re-stocked and they ignored my email a promotional email was then sent out a week later I then asked again about the re-stock and if I would automatically have my order sent because I had payed for them and they charged me when they originally came out They ignored this email as well I went on the live chat on their website and finally got a response Essentially too much time had gone by and my order would not be fulfilled They would have to issue a refund and I would have to place a whole new order I didn t get an email saying the sunglasses were out of stock when I ordered them and because the staff ignored my email I didn t get either of the sunglasses I ordered These sunglasses are very popular and it s completely understandable that they sold out quickly however when you get an email from the company saying they have all of your order and they do not tell you that what you have ordered is sold out how are you meant to know If they were out of stock why did they send the confirmation email and why was I charged for the whole order Should they have realised after I received the confirmation email that the glasses were out of stock they should have sent an email telling me this Not 3 weeks later when I asked where my order was only for them to ignore every email after this Overall I m irritated with their lack of communication with their customers do not charge your customers for an item you do not have and update your customers with their order status Had I not contacted them I would have been charged 100 for items I never received I m sure if you order sunglasses from them that aren t an exclusive collection with a YouTuber and in high demand you would be fine and your sunglasses would ship no problem Otherwise who knows because they don t tell their customers what is going on
