Very happy customer

I broke my favourite Quay sunglasses and was so worried to order some on their website based on the bad reviews I was reading here I had the opposite experience They answered all my questions quickly and clearly by email sent my package quickly and I received it in 3 weeks I m in Canada Benefited from a sale for the three pairs I bought too I m a happy customer

Exceptional Customer Service

Ordered my Quays which were shipped a couple days later By which time I realised auto-fill had changed my address details to an old address I contacted customer service to have them redirected but it was too late However the delivery agent Hermes couldn t access the building and so my parcel was sent back to sender As soon as I recieved notification that they were being returned I contacted Quay customer service again With immediate response they shipped a replenishment order which I recieved less than one week later The customer service I recieved was fantastic the agents super helpful As for the glasses and case I love them The quality feels amazing and they look stunning as well as being a perfect fit for my face I will certainly be placing more orders

I am editing my original review Shortly after I posted this review Quay sent me an Experience Rating as well and then refunded the 20 extra I spent on shipping I wore my glasses for the past 4 days and have gotten a ton of compliments I have two pairs one for my car and a pair to keep in my husband s vehicle On the evening of June 6 2022 I purchased a second pair of All in Minis because my first pair came in defective I needed them before I went on vacation so I spent the extra 20 for 2 DAY SHIPPING My sunglasses did not arrive until June 16th TEN days later NOT TWO The real shame is my daughter and her oldest daughter really liked them when they saw the sunglasses yesterday evening when they arrived I highly discouraged them from ordering

Love this company

Love this company Received my glasses about 4 days after ordering and unfortunately when they arrived they had a small scratch Notified them right away and they sent another pair without any issues Customer service was super helpful

5 CUSTOMER SERVICE

My order arrived in a small but compact and protective package with everything presented neatly inside Having contacted Quay customer care via email i received a speedy response of 5 customer service which these days is so rare from any company Will be using Quay again

i do not understand all the bad reviews

I dont understand why this company has so many bad reviews I ordered my pair of quays two days ago and they have already been delivered A small scratch was found on one of the lenses so I contacted their customer service team and they replied within less than a minute acknowledging that the quays were slightly damaged by the picture I sent them They then immediately send out another pair of brand new glasses I received an email confirmation exactly three minutes after emailing of a brand new pair and I was told I am allowed to keep the faulty pair Never received such a great customer service in my life Thank you Quay

Excellent customer service can t fault them one bit I had a issue with my sunglasses and emailed customer services Within a hour they responded and then sent me a new pair 2 days laterI am very impressed with this company

First time ordering with Quay

First time ordering with Quay during covid pandemic Delivery was quicker than expected arrived packed really well in a lovely gold printed case I ordered I SEE YOU blue light glasses and since receiving I would not work without them My only regret about ordering with Quay is that I should have ordered an extra pair My question to customer service about delivery was answered 2 days after the item arrived so a little slow but response rate is understandable in these circumstances Thanks Quay

After a nightmare start

After a nightmare start I have to give credit where credit is due whoever dealt with my query over instagram got my missing order sorted for me got my sunglasses today and I have to say they re the most stunning glasses I ve ever owned I have a large head being 6ft 6 so went for the oversized and they fit me beautifully Great quality too Have to say guys Quay are now a brand of Love Island so are probably overwhelmed by orders Maybe expect a slight delay but trust me it s bloody worth it 5

Great experience with Quay

After placing an order directly from the Quay website I checked their trustpilot reviews and instantly was worried I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on the BOGOF offer on Monday night and they were delivered on Thursday of the same week They were packaged very well and are of such good quality The company must have been in tatters during lockdown but I found my experience very recently great
