Shocked Extremely expensive tickets similar to flights from Oslo to Bergen Waiting 30 minutes and the e-mail with the tickets didn t arrive Today I realized that the price via Rail Ninza is almost double compared with the carrier price

What a huge SCAM Don t ever order tickets from it no matter what I ve found out that you can buy tickets 2x less than what are advertised on the Ninja Rail site Just go to the official rail website and buy it there - you can buy it for less money Again DON T BUY TICKETS from the Ninja Rail site They rip you off by significantly increasing the cost They charged me 135 CAD for a round trip while the direct train site would ve cost 74 CAD for the same round trip People who have left positive reviews probably didn t realize that they have been scammed Run miles away from it if you can Please tell your friends and family - they will thank you That s not at all - your future self will thank you for saving yourself from misery and financial loss

Really don t bother Scammers Although the website is easy to use I ve been charged a service charge higher than the ticket itself You obviously don t know the price of a train ticket at the time in a different country No return email to my cancellation Avoid at all costs

Rail Ninja is a dishonest and unreliable company We booked business class train from Porto to Lisbon which was cancelled on the day due to rail union strike Rail Ninja took our money and refused to refund despite multiple requests and follow-ups

The worst service even before the trip

The worst service I have ever used I had two itineraries and they changed the scheduled time of both of them One even with a change from train to bus when I booked a direct train I had to cancelled both of them I only wish they really refund me the whole amount they charged me as soon as possible

Never got my tickets

I used rail ninja s reserve ticket in advance service because we were booking more than a month in advance of our departure The website claimed that we could pay for a ticket in advance and once the train tickets became available closer to the date of departure rail ninja would email us our tickets However railninja never sent us our tickets or ticket information claiming that it was still processing our tickets Even now as I write this review while on the train the system still claims that they re still processing our order Since we couldn t reach their customer support even after writing them emails and support requests we had to rebook our tickets on the official ticketing website and never got our railninja tickets refunded

They advertised that they have REAL human customer service and they do NOT even have a PHONE NUMBER I booked the wrong trip - due to the pre-filled field they had - and tried to reach someone to modify but I could not The only thing I could do is to lodge ticket and after back and forth emails with 1-2 hours - although I labelled it as URGENT they advised they could do it for 35 AUD - MORE THAN HALF THE AMOUNT OF THE TICKETS I accepted They eventually took off the libk as I did not pay as quick I did not pay as I did not see the email as I was in the plane flying I list my tickets and had to pay again for a taxi They are unreliable it was horrivle and stressful experience and I had to lose everything I do NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

I will not use this company again

I will not use this company again I had paid and hence reserved 2rail tickets for Berlin to Krakow 6 wks prior to travelling Over 4wks I initiated several emails querying the delay in providing actual tickets without any satisfactory outcome 2days prior to travel and only during an online chat prompted by ME did I discover there were actually NO seats available I was assured of tickets on another train but 3 hours later and again ME prompting the online chat did I find again no seats I will not use this service again

We were promised tickets on 13 December and we still do not have the tickets 17 days later despite asking for the tickets Have paid he most expensive price and constantly asking for first class seats on the right hand side of the train we just keep getting fobbed off with no promise of anything We booked five months in advance to acquire the above - still no confirmation Would NOT recommend Rail Ninja
