Easy to purchase but assigned seats not what I expected

The arrangements went fine and picking up the tickets at the kiosk was smooth We booked a Dublin to Limerick round trip but it was not clear that you only went to Limerick junction and then had to change And for the return trip the time shown was from Limerick Junction If I had not checked at the station upon our arrival we would have been in trouble as we were leaving the country that day when we got back to Dublin

I m confuse

Website and purchasing tickets was easy to navigate However since I purchased flexible executive lounge tickets I thought I would be able to pick my seats or at least change the seats after purchase I m not happy that my wife and I are beside each other facing the back of another seat I expected single window seats facing each other as in the picture provided when I was purchasing

I receved a few email for the reservation One email whit the etkt and another one whit cancelation No raison why I m confuse After the 2 given they send me and email rapidly They look at my reservation and make sure all is confirm I give now 4 because the service la clientele was very nice friendly and helpful I appreciate it as a good company should be Many thanks

Great so far

The purchase process is very easy to carry out I have no objections The only point to improve is to give the user the option to choose the seats In my case we are four people and since there is no map of the train seats I don t know if we are together or far apart the assigned seats are car 8 seats 22 27 31 and 59 According to the system it is not they can make changes to the tickets but I don t know if there is any other way to ensure that the four of us sit together if we are apart

Very good experience making the

Using the website was very easy book our travel The description of the train and processing the tickets was also quite clear The only reason I haven t rated it with 5 stars it that the trip hasn t occurred you so I can only hope that the doing of the trip is as easy and successful as signing up for it

My trip from Prague to Vienna

Very good experience making the reservations Only gap I see is I was not able to book our seats My wife and I are traveling together to Portugal for the first time and we are excited to be traveling on the train We were allocated seats are 12 and 18 I wonder if these are seats in different rows in which case our journey would not be as good as we want it to be

Good experience

The good things were the quiet and fast ride the ability to order food and drinks was great We were not impressed with the train being 20 minutes late and there being no notification on the board until the time the train should have departed When we were given notification ALL the many passengers had only minutes to get to the platform and when finally boarding the train departed before everyone had a chance to find their seats and stow their luggage I found this situation very stressful I would not like to have this experience again

The overall experience was a great one Easy to use the website and book tickets Maybe for the future it would be great if the tickets can be digital An extra trip to pick up the tickets or go way earlier to the station on the date of the trip is quite an inconvenience

It s was relatively easy to book our tickets after I determined which stations to depart and arrive at relative to how close they were to our hotel There was some choice Our downloaded boarding passes were easy to access and ready accepted by the train conductor

Easy to book KTX tickets on Rail Ninja

Everything seemed very direct and easy to navigate However I couldn t give it the full five stars due to how expensive this site is for booking trains as opposed to omio or trainline Unfortunately I had no choice to book train tickets within Finland using this site since the aformentioned sites made that impossible for whatever reason Other than this setback it s a good site to use
